Purchased a LG Washer on December 13, 2009. In February 2010, Sears sent a technician to replace a recall part and broke our washer. They came back three times to replace parts and could never fix the unit. Finally after 7 weeks they the local store agreed to replace the unit, assuring me that the new unit would have full 1 year warranty from replacement date of 05/04/2010. This is the most dishonest and horrible company to deal with. They came door to door selling an alarm system. Everything was going fine for a few weeks. On March 5th, 2010 they came out to our business to repair a broken belt and pulley on our heat/air unit. On June 8th, we noticed a loud vibration coming from the unit. We called Malone out again. The technician, unaware of the previous repair, told us that we had the wrong belt in the unit and that was why it was vibrating. They charged us $152 to retension the improper belt that they had installed 3 months earlier! We unhappily paid this bill but then began an attempt to recoup our losses. I entered into a contract with Mad Designs on August 24, 2010 to replace my front steel door and new windows for my bedrooms. It is now five months later, they still have not given me a proper fitting door. The door they gave me has a 1/4 inch gap where it is not the right size. This supplier has been paid a 50% deposit 6 weeks ago for a delivery I was promised within a week. Upon now having the item ready he is unwilling to deliver! I have been promised a delivery daily for the last week. When i suggested I send my courier to collect his reaction was one of anger, and he shouted and flapped around like a toddler, and put the phone down.
