series 700 Sleep Number Bed
First of all the remote stops on any given number so that my 87 yr old grandmother cannot even use the bed. My husband got her the bed so that so could get in and out of the bed easier on her own.
My grandmother is quite mobile. However, when a company promises all that they have in this bed and it doesn't do its job it is COMPLETELY USELESS, HORRIBLE, UNBEARABLE for my grandmother.

I ordered and paid for furniture from eClick in April 2008. Some arrived but 3 items didn't. The items that didn't arrive came to a total of £337.00. From April to October 2008, I chased up eClick for the furniture. In October 2008 I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. To date I have made more than 100 calls to eClick. Whilst they agree a refund is due, they frequently promise to get a cheque sent to me but the cheque never arrives. Natuzzi Leather
We regrettably own Natuzzi living room furniture which we bought from Sofa Express. This turned out to be a double whammy. Sofa Express is now defunct in our area and the Natuzzi "leather" couch we bought through them is junk.
I followed the cleaning and conditioning product instructions given with (and paid for the lifetime refill program) the leather furniture to protect my warranty.
My sofas' seat cushions are so cracked I am ashamed for anyone to see it, let alone sit on it. I will never recommend Natuzzi to anyone... read full review »

I hired My Handyman for a door install. The technician said it would take 4-5 hours because I had a screen door that had to be dismantled. 6 1/2 hrs and he still didn't finish. I had no doorknob, no trim and no screen door! When I asked him about that he said it would be more time and he would have to continue to charge the $88/hr. I didn't notice the damage to my siding until 3 days later. Needless to say I won't using them again! I ordered a Leslie Dame media cabinet on 10/13/08. It has been on back order for over a year now. During that time they slipped the expected ship date atleast 8 times. It may be more because I only started keeping track after 4 months. They do manage to place a $180 hold on my credit card twice a month. I can accept that there is delivery problem with their supplier, but my latest go round with them is the last straw. This company advertises "no hassle" returns and claims that there may be a restocking fee on some returns.
When we wanted to return the lighting fixture, it took two weeks of daily phone calls to receive a return authorization. (There were vague excuses that didn't make sense.)
Finally getting the return information and authorization, we learned that we would be charged a $30 restocking fee, and $10 for the original shipping. It cost us $20 to return the fixture.

Select Comfort Sleep # Bed
We just spent our first night on our new bed. We chose to set it up ourselves and while the set up was simple, we did encounter a few problems. We have an expensive wooden 4 poster king size frame with a center board. Our bed came with a king size coverlet for the foundation which will not work with our bed frame. We have lodged a complaint for Tender LTW 60 model on Jun 14, 2009. After that the LTW card (without which you can't send spares) has been issued to us & the same has been conveyed to your Service Centre in Dehradun (Mr Sudhir). Price Pfister
Bought the "Marielle" style kitchen faucet in 2006, it leaked at the single lever main trunk. Returned it to Home Depot, they gave me a second one. Plumber installed it, and I was happy, but...
It leaked the same, and has still for 3 yrs. Asked HD for a fix, but they said email customer relations at Price Pfister. PP waited a month to reply, sent ball/washer to fix, but said I owed them $5 for postage! I don't think so.

My son had a Home fire on 7/1/09. Cause of fire was deemed electrical. Kemper Insurance has done little to settle this claim.(As of 10/17/09) A deposition was scheduled. It was a gruely horrible defiling experience. The attorney call the insured ( my son) a liar during the deposition. When asked if a previous insurance claim had been made the answer was no. This business should be closed down. They have the worst customer service of any furniture store I've experienced. We ordered dining room furniture in June and it still hasn't arrived. The customer service (Cathy Grindstaff) called me 12 weeks after the order to tell me the fabric for the dining room chairs is no longer availabe...it took them 12 weeks to figure that out and I would have to re-select. Not only did it not look anything like the item on-line it in fact was a completely different electrical good - unusable to me. I called and asked them to pay for the return shipping. Paid a deposit for a kitchen to be refitted only to be told that they could not do the job for the price quoted and that they would return our cheque. This did not transpire and after many phone calls during which we were verbally abused we referred the matter to a solicitor. After 2 solicitors letters we have still not received any money and are now taking further action and dealing with trading standards. Installed Bufftech fence with 2 gates. Each gate is 5' long. Well after weeks the gates are sagging and the top are know hitting. Raul Pola owner and installer has been giving us the run around for months and still won't fix the issue. He didn't install all the parts which is clearly in the manual, he doesn't seems to know what he is doing. VERY VERY POOR BUSINESS MAN AND SURELY NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD. I am disgusted with Safestyle UK. After quotes and survey by them, they advised that we should have "trickle vents" put in all the windows. After installation, all the windows are now noisier and colder than before. I then complained to them and they finally changed some of the vents but the net result is the same. Shoes Under Storage
I had placed an order for the shoes under storage system, ordered 3, it took weeks for them to ship and arrive, I was away and when returned from my trip I called to complain. The material was cheap and actually tore with just loading flip flops into each compartment which are shown to be sturdy on TV and in online photos but this material is as thin as the blue paper shoes a surgeon puts over his feet. I notified Gary Anthony the ownwer of Anthony's construction about a cracked and leaking skylight he put in and a leak in the new roof he installed. Mr. Anthony checked and the window was under warranty and manufactuer replaced for free. Mr. Anthony still has the window and I have been waiting for months for him to simply replace it. The cracked sjylight is leaking in my living room. Ieven told him I would pay him for his efforts. Solid Oak Warehouse
Ordered a solid oak dining table and matching chairs from their website "solidoakwarehouse.co.uk". Had problems with delivery, with the table which had cracks in it and with the chairs (not matching). I insisted on returning all the goods to them and demanded a full refund which they said was no problem. This was almost 3 weeks ago. I do not know where to even begin with the horrific business practices of Sharper Impressions Painting. They do not do the painting! Sharper subs the job out to a rag-tag crew, which does horrible work. I was promised a powerwash with trisodium phosphate and bleach; yet the powerwash was only water. (I had to show the guy how to start his powerwasher.) The prep workers did not fill in voids, nor did they scrape loose paint. I was also promised the downspouts would be removed for painting, again, not the case.

I have also sat through a three-hour sales pitch, only to find that the window prices charged by this company are far too expensive. We purchased the SAME window from another company and the cost was FAR LESS than Power Windows & Siding wanted to charge us.

I recently purchased a very expensive headboard and bed from this furniture store and paid to have them install it. Within a few days time after the bed was installed, the very heavy headboard came crashing down onto the bed. Luckily no one was sleeping in the bed when this hapenned. I ordered the Malika Rug to be delivered to my NYC apartment. The cost for delivery is VERY expensive and they give you a LARGE window of time. I had to hire someone to sit at my apartment to wait for the rug to be delivered so I wouldn't have to take time out of work. They delivered the rug and left. Well upon unpackaging the large rug it was realized they sent the WRONG one! This is a huge inconvenience! They need to get their act together. We had the US window factory change all the windows in our house on 6-5-09, spent $4, 662. There is a lifetime warranty also. They installed the windows and left without checking if all the windows work properly. We tried locking the windows with negative results. The top part is loose and keeps coming down in ALL the windows in the whole house and the windows do not lock.
