We were having carpet scheduled to be installed on a Monday at 9:30am. When no one showed up for a couple hours I called to see where the installers were. They said they didnt know and didnt know when they would show up. Bruce wasted no time charging my credit card $200 as a deposit when I ordered my bed on September 24, 2009. However, the order was actually received by the bed manufacturer on Sept 29, 2009. It is noted on the receipt my bed would take 4-5 weeks, but the manufacturer told me it would actually take 6 weeks. A pattern of lies! Stay away from this company. I had a furnace go out and they are not standing behind thier coverage. I will not dispute the amount that they are covering on the equipment, but their lack of coverage on basic labor and installation is horrible. They try to find every reason not to cover every little thing. The only offered to cover $325 worth of labor and intsall on a furnance. I had an appointment for an air conditioning problem with Glover Air Conditioning in West Palm Beach. The person who showed up at my home was not the licensed owner it was his son, Randy Glover. Right away I could smell alcohol on his breath, he appeared very unproffessional and looked dirty also. Try to avoid this window supplier. They are unprofessional and incapable of doing a basic job. Time scale was handling poorly. And order they agreed to deliver ended up using twice as long which will affect your project program. Artisan are a construction company who have built flats in the North West. We have bought a new build flat which is 2 years old. Each year our flat has had leaks due to the poor construction on the build. The problem arises from an outside drain that leaks in to our flat. As a result we have lost 2months rent and damage to our property. We are seeking compensation for the loss of rent and damages. Artisan service is poor and are very slow in responding and dealing with issues. He has been DE-certified (even though he claims otherwise) and is known for very shoddy work that isn't to code - as bad as not even drilling the pipe into the floor, just gluing it on! Beware doing business with Anchor Plumbing. I was referred to them through HSA (Home Security of America) which is a home maintenance insurance company. My major concern was getting a soft comfortable mattress. I can't sleep on a hard bed. I toss and turn in misery all night long. 2 years ago We pruchased a complete outdoor wicker patio set (table w/4 chairs), 2 other sitting chairs, 2 person seat w/ coffee table. We keep this furniture outside during the summer on our patio. We keep all of the furniture inside during the winter. During early May 2009 we put out the furniture on the patio. It is now October 2009.
