Beware when using this company, specifically in the Atlanta, Georgia area. This company is a complete fraud. They are a construction company who I worked with, How they work is they give u a price and start construction and then start changing everything the contractor ordered to cheaper items. In addition they then try to give you fake change order invoices to get extra money from you. Since CP Morgan's bankruptcy, there are several brand new home owners who's warranties are still valid, who's warranty issues are not being taken care of. There are so many things going wrong with our home that is less than a year old. Nobody to fix the problems. Less than 6 months after being built, several shingles have blown off, walls are cracking terribly, nail pops everywhere, entry doors leak and are uneven in the frames, our yard was not seeded or packed properly and we now have a huge cave in in our front yard, the beam that supports our upstairs is bowing, we might as well tear it down and start over. read full review »

My IFB/17PM-MEC1 is not heating since 18-Oct-09. I reported a complaint on 20-Oct-09 at the IFB Call Centre with the complaint no. 3645424. Mechanic turned up after 96 hours and did nothing. Just a couple of highlights. Weiss Homes built the roof with pitch in 2 areas that did not agree to the CAD's they provided at closing. When this was discovered and questioned they chose to lie about the error saying the CAD's were wrong. They weren't "wrong" at closing and they weren't "wrong" on the job site. I purchased custom slipcovers from Todo Es online in June 2009 and they were absolutely beautiful. The people in customer service were friendly and very helpful every step of the way. The slipcovers were custom-sewn and shipped to me on August 20. On 10/31/09, I recieved a home equity line of credit with a new check book to use. I Went to a Lowes store in my small home town. I spent 4 hours looking for several items (over 40 items). I wrote a check to cover the cost. Certegy Check Services uses a faulty profiling system to approve checks and nothing else. Hello, We have bought Top loading, fully automatic Whirlpool washing machine. From last few months, it wobbles while rinsing starts and stops.
