On May 15th I called upon Mr. Rooter out of the local phone book. The problem was I could'nt take a shower run a faucet anything without water leaking all out from the garage onto the carpet. I have purchased 4 appliances from Sears for my kitchen. Every one of them has required service. During the warrenty period I called for service and was transferred from one incompetent and nasty customer service person to another. I spent no less then 2 hours on each phone call session. We purchased our house, which was built in 2001, in 2005. Since we moved in we have experienced many major and minor problems, some deadly. In order of severity, they are: 1.
