I purchased a home in PSL - in 2005 the previous owner hired this company to replace his roof after the storms. I know once the home changes hands there is no longer a warranty. We are facing problems with our Whirlpool purafresh R.O. Water Purifier purchased on 17.10.2008 Since June onwards we have complained thrice and the service engineer has repaired the same 3-4 times till date. We bought 10 windows and a sliding door from this company a few years ago. I am still trying to get them done right. OMG what a mess they left behind. They had 2 people removing all of these windows and installing them only two. They took a huge loud metal saw and cut our old windows out. Once they were installed they made a mess with the calking and left big gaps. My home was built 10 years ago and my builder recommended Weathershield windows. We purchased one of their higher quality wood clad line of windows with a special factory paint finish. I purchased an LG refrigerator on Feb' 08 and started having repairs on it on 6/26/09. The freezer stopped working. I had a repair man come out and add gas and replace the filter. Then on 8/29/09 the freezer stopped working again. This time its the circuit board that needs to be replaced. I do not have an extended warranty. So this will cost me parts and labor over $300.
