I purchased a weed eater at the end of 2009. It has never worked properly. I took it back to Home Depot and it was replaced with another one that did not work properly. Decision to purchase was based upon CaliBamboo's claims that their hardwood had a 2000 Janka hardness rating. We purchased approximately 2000 square feet covering three large rooms and a staircase. Two months ago I called AHS American Home Services to have an Electrician from IDEAL SERVICES come to check a problem we were having with a short between the Ceiling fans and the electrical outlet our T.V. was plugged into. This plan is completely bogus! I purchased a 3-year plan for an office chair that stated "About the only thing MaxAssurance doesn't protect against are failures caused by abuse or misuse of the covered product." I hired Todd Engerman to rip out my leaking shower and install a new shower pan and then tile it. He talked like he knew what he was doing and seemed like a clean cut guy. I gave him the job. His bid was lower and competitive, but not too low as to cause any hesitation. I met with him at Home Depot in North Seattle.
