I bought a Tissot T-Race for 675 CADs, and after five days I regretfully discovered that my new watch is lagging behind. For every 24 hours, it lags by 72 seconds, that is almost a minute and a half per day. I ordered a sample for $.99 using my debit # I read the terms and agreement then entered my info. as i did this a timer started and i finished entering and somewhere during this time the agreement changes that it is only a trial offer and that the terms change if not canceled starting 10 days from the order date. the product arrived about the same time it runs out of time to cancel. so i was charged $.99 and then $92.38 before i've been made aware that i would be. I too have been a victim of this SCAM of a company. They have contracted a calling centre to handle all calls, cancellations, complaints etc. I received my "junk" of a product AFTER the return time window and had to pay nearly $40.00 in Long Distance fees to cancel. However, I was also enrolled in the fraudulent "fitclubonline", "elitepak" etc. and they continue to bill my credit card even though I canceled. We purchased a pair of Uggs from uggstarboots.com. They advertise an authentic product and good sale prices. The boots arrived from Singapore and are completely FAKE. The sizing is off, they do not fit like real Uggs, the sole is too hard, they are not flexible, the material is clearly cheap. I had placed an order with Footsies Biz on December 29, 1999 through Paypal. I sent several e-mails to check on this order and received no reply. I made a claim through Paypal which then escalated to a dispute. Then, just the other day I received a package from NV which I thought was what I ordered, but it turned out to be something completely different.
