this is 1 of 4 charges I have on my credit card for a product I ordered on the internet. A product which I still have not received after a month. Now I have 4 charges from apparently 4 different companies, but are all related because when you call the number it is the same voice recording for all. Except this company number is not working...convenient. This charge is 78.84 and supposedly because I didn't call and cancel within 7-14 days. I purchased a pair of bikinis for my daughter whilst holidaying in queensland they were purchased from white water world. I ordered the free sample and forgot to send the stuff back when it didn't work. I was then billed for it. I immediately called and left a message to cancel the account. You have to call the sales department to speak to someone. I was then billed again. I called them back and spoke with the same person (Bill). I asked to speak to a manager and he told me that he was the manager. He told me then that his boss would contact me within 48 hours about my refund. I received another delivery and sent it back. I ordered a sample from this company, agreed to pay the minimal shipping amount. A few days after the sample arrived, I have now been charged for a second amount which I did not order. I was charged $89.31, which as I am in New Zealand on the current rate converts to $ 173.08 NZ dollars. I saw an offer on AOL homepage about Acai Berry and a Colon cleaner with this women telling her great story. I got a call within 2 minutes from my VISA card company saying I had an unauthorized 3 amounts taken out on my card. In addition to the $3.95 shipping fee from AcaiBerry Detox and $4.95 from Bromalite, the AcaiBerry Detox people had also charged my account for $34.95 which I knew nothing about. I completely agree with the complaint about Clark Shoes' soles disintegrating. I bought a pair of mules last spring and within the first two days of wearing them, the sole wore down. I also bought a pair of heels and the same thing happened. Clark Shoes used to be my favorite - the soles never wore out.
