I even called the same number to tell them that I no longer wanted to buy tea and still they charged my credit card three times and I received one shipment. I would ssure appreciate it if this company would stop charging my card. Also stop giving us the run around with these automated messages and give me a live person to talk to. I did not order anything except my free trial. I got charged $88.97 a few weeks after I received my FREE trial. I only had to pay shipping and handling. I want my account credited for the $88.97. I ordered a "free" bottle online on Nov. 11. It had not come when my credit card security company called me Nov. 26 and asked if I had authorized an amount of $89.31. They gave me a toll free number to call. A young woman named Hannah said that I had agreed to the charge when I did not call or email within 15 days. I ordered the FREE trial of this product, and was supposed to be charged 4.98 shipping, I received the product shorty after I placed the free trial and have since been charged $39.95 for some gum and water drops that I didn't order and now $44.85. Plus another company that is partnered with AcaiPure - My Fittness - also has charged me $29.99. So now I have over $100 worth of charges for some free products. This company is scaming people. The company's website is very misleading and many would label it as a clear case of entrapment. At the top it boldly states TRY IT FOR FREE! In smaller print it states "just pay $4.95 S&H" In larger print it urges HURRY UP! On 11/4/08 I placed an on-line order for a case of Shiraz. That same date, 11/4, I got an e-mail that order was received and credit card charged. This was nothing more than a rip-off. They took money out of my account with out authorization and I want it back. You can not cancel because they think that you can stay on hold for hours. I work for a living and every penny counts in raising my children. They do not answer the phone to even return or cancel product. This webiste is nothing but a SCAM. After reading about this website in several magazines (including Life & Style), I purchased a $80 purse through their website. They promptly charged my credit and gave me a confirmation number as provided by Yahoo! Small Business. However, that was the last time I heard from them. I took the trial offer for $4.95 on 10/28/08. Then a charge appeared on my bank statement on 11/17/08 for $39.95. Now I have a charge for $44.90 on 12/03/08. I shop consistantly at Dollar General in Maumelle Arkansas. Was extrememly dissappointed to see the change in the Clover valley Coffee Creamer. Not only did you change the appearance, but you took out 5.5 ounces and still charge the Same Price! I order these item on 11/12/08 and did not receive them until 12/6/08. I have tried to contact this company in reference to this charge when I found out it had caused my account to be overdrawn due to additional charges. The phone line stays busy. Since then I have found out that this company is a scam. I am exhausting all means - even contacting the Attorney Journal for my reimbursement. Central Coast Nutraceuticals only allows you 30 days to return the items and you have to have a return authorization code from them and they charge a 15% restocking fee. None of this was disclosed. hi, I have succesfully got all my money back from both wuyi and living lean.Every bank and credit card company has a section for internet fraud.Contact them, have copies of statements invoices and anything else.My bank put me in touch with their internet fraud person who after looking at it went into their accounts via the number on your statment before the amount taken and was able to RECLAIM all the funds taken from my account.It also helps to take some print outs and names of the websites that have all the complaints about the company... read full review »
