I currently have health insurance coverage with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan through the COBRA law. It expires January 1st of 2009... I have less than 2 months to find new health care. I can not reach any one at customer service ever! There is no envoice or packing slip to check with an order number etc. My credit card company is working on this as well and I keep recieving new bottles in the mail that I did not order. It says on the website you can get a free trial. If you order it you will never be able to stop the bottles from coming at 75.00 a month. I had an allergic reaction so I stopped taking it. This Veteran's Hospital is a big joke. They only have ONE phone extension to contact your doctor and only ONE extension for the pharmacy. Everybody who works at this hospital seems to be under the impression that they have ultimate power over the veterans, which is obvious by the way the veterans are treated by the VA staff. If you want to talk to your doctor, you will be put on hold for (sometimes) up to 45 minutes or more - the same is true if you're trying to reach the pharmacy. I was working for this company doing liquor demos and they had a big contract with Dominicks and they continued to string me along about my pay. I worked with them on a constant basis, doing at least three demos per week. I did not recieve my pay for five demos and they started screening the calls and soon after they just disappeared. To begin with the tea does not work. I was charged $73.00 for a supply that I did not order and when I called to return it was too late. The tea does not work and the company is taking money from people wrongly. I am a smart person and do not buy from internet. I issued a payment from my checking account. Credit one charged me check fees and over the limit. I had ample money in my account and was able to get assitance over the phone. I made an appointment over the phone for two separate laser hair removal procedures and was told that a credit card was needed to hold the reservations. The appointments scheduled were for arm hair removal on 11/10/08 and chin and lip hair removal for 11/12/08. Had a deal to get a supplement (Acacia (sp?) Berry for free paying only the shipping. When I called to find out who charged me for what, they told me in the fine print it said something about a membership and not canceling within 7 days... I have gone to the place in Denver and have never been so upset.
