The products are phony as I have noticed nothing in weight loss or bowel changes in two weeks. I have tried to call the number given to cancel any further charges and shipments within the 15 day trial and the number is phony also (1-866-938-4832). This sounds like a Ripoff I have been trying for several days to return a product to them I keep getting a waiting time of 58 minutes or a "busy" tone because they are so busy in dealing with other customers. They say you must have a RMA # or you will be charged the full amount and if you return it they will charge a stocking fee. I paid for the GE Wellness Plan because my daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed and she has no insurance. This plan specifically listed oral surgeons which I scheduled an appointment with. They said they had never heard of the plan. I called the dental plan office and they said to use a different plan name. I tried that and the oral surgeon's office still had never heard of it. I was dumb enough to fall for the colonxR free trial scam through a link to the weather channel. The number given to cancel colonxr does not work and the only way to get out of them continually charging your credit card is to cancel the credit card. I eventually found a live chat format through the above website and was promised twice that my order would be cancelled and I would recieve a confirming e-mail, it never happened. I took 2 items in to be altered When I went to pick them up, this place only takes CASH! But they don't tell you that (and don't have a sign posted or that info on your claim ticket) until you pick up the item up. I had to go back a second time-waste of gas. I put a wedding ring on Layaway for my girlfriend to propose in Puerto Rico. I went to pay off the rest of the ring the week before we left and they informed me that I would be recieving a refund check for the ring and the ring was sent back to Corporate Headquarters. This company offers a free trial for 12.95 they ship the product and tell you that you can cancel at anytime, it is not true. They continue to charge your account even after you contact them to cancel. I had to cancel my credit card and order a new one just to stop their activity.
