Received a call from ETour & Travel offering a 4 day, 3 night stay in Orlando, Fl and 4 day, 3 night in Daytona for $199. Also you get a 2 day pass for two different Disney attractions. For extra $29 you can get shuttled to the attractions from your hotel. We traveled to the reception spot and found out the 2 day pass to Disney was for only one attraction-Universal. We hired a vehicle from Heathrow airport, and although all went well we had a new espace, we asked to remove scdw waiver after we collected the vehicle and they would not refund the extra insurance, Jacob in there customer service centre refusd saying that it could not be refunded once the hire had commenced and the only way to remove it would to bring the vehice back have it checked in again, and then start a new hire. September 18, 2010 I traveled to Baltimore Maryland from North Carolina to attend a baseball game. When I arrived at my hotel, they did not have my reservation (which I had made through Expedia three week prior). Other people who had booked through Expedia had the same problem. We were unable to fly to Maui in March of this year. So we called Hawaiian Airline. They said no problem we will issue you a credit. When I said that the credit card number had changed, she said, "no problem, it just had gone through". When I checked the credit card the next month there was no credit. I paid over $500 for a hotel room at the Hyatt Regency in Washington DC. The toilet didn't flush. I complained and was told they'd give me a $50 food and beverage credit - except I only has a $27.00 food and beverage bill. I was told I should have complained at midnight when I finally went to my room - they would have moved me. AT MIDNIGHT - in a sold out hotel - when I had a flight at 7:00 AM. This company requires a $50 "activation fee" to process a free stay at a resort as long as you attend one of their timeshare presentations. The contract clearly states that this activation fee will be refunded as long as you attend the presentation.
