They get you at the door with no enough information about the obligation to buy something, because they sure want you to do so.It is a scam to get you to buy something similar to timeshare.The girl at the window became very rude and abrupt the minute she realized that I was in no position to buy something from them yet...but she was stupid because she lost two possible future costumers: my two sons. Travel from Adelaide to Melbourne, the staff's attitude at checking counter is so bad, and forced me to check-in my bag as it's just over weighted for 0.2 kg. But we have two people check in for the flight only carry one bag. I dealt with A1 marketing and paid them 795.00 up front. That was in Jan 2009, they never contacted me in any way until after i posted a neg. message on this website.I called them often but spoke with the person answering the phone, with promises that I would be contacted!!! This company is also known as Royal Palm Inc., Sealand, All inclusive excursions. I went to court today as a witness to their scam. Adriam Miller is the owner. I really don't know how he sleeps at night. Even though we did not buy, I attended the hearing just to see justice done. Unfortunatly there was a technicality and the hearing for contempt did not take place. This used to be a very good hotel with great service and good facilities. have stayed there on many occasions but this last time I was shocked when using the pool with my adult daughter to be harassed and threatened by a group of unsupervised children who threw shells at us barged into us whilst swimming despite being asked not to. hotel management were informed to no avail they left the kids there although some random adult did eventually turn up the kids did what they wanted. on leaving they still managed to leave dirty toilets etc... read full review »

PRAISE!!! I was so worried about signing with another company. I had lost alot of money by trying to sell with FL companies. Not only did VCME sell my timeshare quickly, as promised, but they got my money back from two companies out of FL. The agents and customer service where so kind and great to work with. Servis Air repsdisallowed me to return to aircraft to collect glasses left on plane... they have ignored all attempts to reply to e-mails concerning the loss. Submitted lost property form but it is not coded or numbered and therefore do not believe they will act on its contents. Lack of complaint listing for Atlanta airport services... My Husband and I purchased a Travel club membership from Wholesale Travel connection in Jan. where we were guaranteed to save BIG percentages for cheap cruises, flights, packages, golf, AND cheap weeks at timeshare condos...we asked for several "quotes" from them starting on Feb. 1st. spirit air is horrible the agents are rude and please dont ask for a sup they'll stand around knowing you req to speak to them and wait until youve almost missed your flight to come assist you only to tell you that if you miss your flight that there is no standby policy and youll pay $110.00 plus what the next fair will cost you. They will never tell you in plain sight on their website about the late fees, bag fee and that the bag cant be transferred as well as other underminding tricks. RACIAL POLICIES I sent this e-mail of complaint to Holiday Inn Express in Irondequoit, NY and as of yet have received a response. I will never EVER patronage them again. Do not work for this employer. He is a con artist and treats his employees like "slaves". He would fire his employees and then tell the un -employment insurance commission that the employee quit. He fired his GM in January 2010, just because he was not happy with the revenue and he blamed that GM's skin color for decrease in the revenue. I stayed in this hotel for a girl i day and evening, in the evening I ordered drinks from the bar and was refused service as the bar closed at 2am this was at 1.50 however the excuse was "im cashing up" I complained. I too unfortunately got sucked in by this company. I received a call from their telemarketer in January 2010. First of the the guy had hearing problems and the phone call was so loud that my ears were throbbing. There was so much noise in the background it was hard to hear him and I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. I should have just hung up but I didn't. This is regarding a police case 498a. i would like to take your suggestion how to complaint/ request for a impound of a passport of the accused person. I had ask for termination of membership last Nov 09and i was given by this company a termination letter dated 30Nov 2009 and had been advise in 6-8 weeks the payment will be charge back to my banks in 8weeks time i had follow up on the payment but there was no notification made to my bank by this GMC, i went to SCT file a case and i was given a court order that this GMC should return back the full amount to me. i had a flight from girona to luton on the 5th of april 2010. i bought a bottle of rum and som other gifts and had them in my duty free bag, as my carry bag is really small. my flight was with ryanair. i was not allowed to get in airplane because my extra duty free bag, not big also!! i was denied to fly and end up staying in airport spending more money on a new ticket plus diffrent airport that i had to go and all day lost plus humiliation! how can they also charge me for my duty free bag 35 euros? what a cheek!! and ur business will go down... read full review »

I recently few back from Puerto Vallarta on Aero Mexico with a stop to change planes in Mexico City. When my suitcase arrived on the carrousel in Toronto, it had split open and had been stuffed into a clear plastic bag. There was nothing wrong with my suitcase – a high end hard sided clamshell by Samsonite - when I checked in so I filled a Baggage Claim with Aero Mexico there and then at the Airport.
