Booked on Flight 366 from Seatac to IAH. Continental delayed flight 366 because of 'weather' reasons for over 4 hours. I am very surprised that an Italian run cruise ship provided mostly mediocar food and wine, most of which I couldn't eat becasue it was so bland or fishy/salty. They published their food supply list at the end of the cruise and it was apparent that they do not pick up fresh food at port but instead use many thousands of pounds of frozen seafood and vegetables. I have been waiting for a refund from Best Price Cruses for over 4 months. Best Price Cruises is a travel agency located in Florida and also doing business as Vacation Superstore Network. I purchased a cruise on NCL through Best Price Cruises and requested a refund for a 3rd person in a cabin, which was fully refunded by NCL. Well the cleaning of the rooms werent very clean. Also we couldnt take coolers by the pool even though we had kids that drink juice and water. The front desk people couldnt help us . When we went to them and explain to them what the situation was. They did all of that in order for everyone to purchase from the bar . Even though we did purchase from the bar . I book a 4 star hotel that was accepted and ended up with maybe 2 star - the Westin Las Vegas. We purchased 30 vacations from TAN in2007 for 12, 000. Each vacation is for a one bedroom condo for 1 week in a variety of locations. It was a bitter experience staying in this Hotel. I am repenting staying there. Room was not up to standard. It was a super deluxe but was not up to standard. It Was on the top floor, very noisy as there was lot of disturbance from adjacent rooms. There were no proper almirahs/lockers to put your clothes. No cupboards to put your shoes. I wish I had checked out Holiday Inn - Cancun Arenas more throughly. The hotel had terrible food -staff was rude-showers would not drain- hardly any Americans staying there-felted like we were in danger.Small Cramped beaches. The first complaint was about the hotel. I was unsatisfied with having no privacy on the balcony and also there were waterbugs on the balcony.
