Like most of us, I logged onto a Grant Scam and sent away for a DVD for cost of shipping only( 1.95) and 3 days later was charged 69.90 for something else I did not authorize, now it has overdrawn my limited funds available and I now have 2 overdraft fees that I really cant afford. This company works unprofessionally with their clients. They don't know how to properly book the clients plane trips with the international flight times. If there incorrect with the flight time the company won't reimburse for your expense. I lost my cell phone on at the mummy ride at Universal. I reported it to the ride operators as soon as I found it missing. The person sent me to lost and found. They call and harass people into purchasing their cheap travel package. They'll say anything to suck you in, even outright lies. Two people won't say the same thing, first they told us we had to stay at their Daytona property, which was included in the package, then they changed it and said if we wanted to go there we'd have to pay an additional $150 per night because of the date. We puchased a car on 1-03-2009 with sales manger was going to pay off lease and excess mileage.
