We have also experienced awful service from eDreams. 2 days ago, I tried to book a flight for my mother who was intending to travel from Budapest to Malaga. TicketMaster sends credit card info to its accomplice, Ent* Entertainment Rewards in Troy, MI and they automatically charge $9. each month without stopping and without delivering any product. They say that somehow when we ordered tickets there was a checkbox to allow this, but I always uncheck all contact boxes when making any online order. Company fails to deliver the music downloading service and only has a 7 day cancellation policy then you are forced to remain with the subscription period 1-2 years. Other websites show hundreds complaining about their lack of service and ripping off the public. We tried several times to cash in on our "Free Accommodations" but never were able to make a Plan A reservation. We sent in our Vacation Certificate form, along with $23.95 to cover room taxes. After two years of having our yard dug up and sewage drained out on the lot we rent, we have decided to take out all of our beautiful gardens and flowers which took years to grow. For two years now men have continually entered our yard (we pay to rent ) to say they are fixing the sewage line. They never fix it. Yes, I notified you last week, with a problem I had with Econo Lodge in Pittsburg, Ks...I feel I am being ignored by you.. My 4-month long reservation had to be cancelled the day before my stay date, because of an employee not making the correct update on the computer for our rooms.. La Quinta - Pasadena. Hotel Guest Safety... There has been 21 vehicle break ins since April '08. All you have to do is give the police the address and it is in the open records. The management at the hotel knows and NOW the corp. office knows, but since it is a franchize hotel. NO ONE is worried about it. But April 13, 2009 we were 1 of 3 guest that had our vehicles broken into. The hotels comment was "we are not responsible for auto break ins, file your loss on your home owner insurance. Once you get into a package with Destination Paradise you have THREE days to cancel your contract in writing. You either pay with a credit card or finance a portion with their finance provider, Universal Accounting Services. So far, I haven't heard of anyone getting out of contract after the three days.
