I was a loyal Lufthansa Miles & More customer for over five years and had accumulated close to 110, 000 miles through flights and credit card points. A few months ago, my wife, who has a totally separate account, tried selling her miles on Ebay as they were due to expire. She was unknowingly breaking the terms and conditions. The buyer, who wasn't happy to pay the amount of his winning bid, decided to report me to Lufthansa, who in turn suspended both mine and my wife's account. I had fly with Air Asia a few times to Kota Kinabalu and last night when I arrived from Kota Kinabalu, I have a terrible experience with the wheel chair service personal. His name is Adaly. I arrived via AK5121 which touch down at about 1145pm. I had earlier book 2 wheel chair while I was in KK airport and paid the sum of RM12. i feel that if people are going for a loan(which is not secured) I person appling for a loan because they need the extra funds. Not to have money taken out of their account the same day, before receiving the money they wish to borrow in the first place. Billinh them can cause many difficulties, especially if the money is not in budget. Block your signals better by printing a alert sign before a person signs for the loan. Keep reminding the loaner be aware, so they can make a clearer discision. I just returned from a 3 day cruise to the Bahamas on board the Norwegian Cruise Line's Sky ship. The vacation was a nightmare from the time we got on board. 1. The rooms were not ready when we checked in (at 2pm with the ship sailing out at 5:00pm) 2. The staff discriminated against individuals. I've been calling periodically for the last 2 days to change my husband's reservation from 2 nights to 1 night. No one was answering, and there was no way to leave a message (phone just kept ringing). Additionally, I couldn't respond to the confirmation email (it's a do-not-reply email address). I have a complain regarding the cancellation of my booking at this hotel where I failed to receive my refund of approximately RM500 credited back to my credit card. I find their reservation personnels very unhelpful. Here are the details of the incident. I made a booking for two nights stay at the deluxe room in the hotel on the 13th and 14th of june 2008. I put my best foot forward; contacted a business friend and applied for a job with the Hotel Murano, only to receive an email back from the Sales Director saying she was not interested in me as I did not have "full service hotel experience". Hotel Ginger Pondicherry. My complaint : There is a cafecoffeday parlour inside Hotel Ginger in Pondicherry. The hotel is 2 Km - 3 Km north of Pondicherry . Everything seems ok, but the staff is cheating minded. The cashier don't want to give the bill, when he gives the bill the amount is wrong, He has no money... no change, etc... My parents flew down to George on 20/07/08 on SAA1511, all luggage arrived except one. I spoke to the lady in charge (Sohara), she took my details down as well as my address so the bag when arriving on the next flight can be delivered later during the evening, which did not happen.Today we are 21/07/08 and the bag is still not in George. In regards to our arrival experience at the Sawgrass Marriott, we felt there was not enough information given to resolve the issue I had with having to leave my debit card number to hold for amenities. As I explained to your guest services representative upon arrival, and again in the survey, I operate on a cash-only basis. We stayed 2 nights in june, 2008 and had our car parked by valet in a garage a little walk away. The first day the car was returned to us with a scratch the valet recognized he had caused. The front desk assured us several times, finally at paying our bill, that the manager would get in touch with us to send the damage claim to the insurance company of the Hotel, and that it would be paid shortly. You guessed: no manager called, no reaction to our subsequent letter claiming the damages either, he was never in to take our call, etcetera. Do not beleve the website pictures. This is not an Inn in the hotel sense but a tired grubby old motel. We paid $217.80 for 2 nights bed ad breakfast. This was not worth it, other hotels close had cheaper prices and crutialy were much better stadards. The Asian (india) owners / managers advertise 2 stars, which is unbelivable, and advertise on the web as free breakfast, which they do not deliver. Do NOT stay at this motel! The proprietor of this hotel is a well-known rip-off artist. If you attempt to apply a legitimate discount to your room rate, even if you've booked it online in advance, there is always a "problem" with it and he refuses to honor the rate. This has happened to me and family members on multiple occasions. We finally got fed up with it and realized he was reporting the low rate and then pocketing the difference. For example, if you cannot payback your loan, you have a RIGHT to enter into CFSA extended payment agreement. (You can do this once a year.) As long as you go in before the loan is due, you can sign for a CFSA extended payment agreement. Available credit of $127.90 expiring in March 2008 was not showing on my frequent flyer Trueblue website. Instead it was showing as $0.00 available credit. Today, after other credit was added to it, it reappeared as already expired. I complaint about it but they told me it has always been available to me. However, how can I remember it when it is not showing where it is supposed to show. They should not be hiding any available credit till it expires. The room rate quoted over the phone was $10 higher per room than they told me. They wouldn't honor what they told me. They tried to charge me for King Size room and they only provided a Queen or Double. The finally did discount the room to a Queen size rate. THERE WAS NO Handicap Access to the Lobby where the breakfast is located. There was also NO one at the desk to help the handicap person, as a guest I had to open the door for the person and help with their food.
