Outsurnace does not get back to you if they have two clients claiming against each other. Even escalating to the manager of Claims and heir internal legal department get you no where. They will represent the counterparty against each other and renaig on paying the claims. Trying to phone them back is worthless as you can not speak to the manager (even after he promised to phone back) but never does. I have an Opel Corsa Enjoy 1.4. this vehicle has been in to 2 dealerships for exactly the same problem, no less than 8 times! I am appalled and totally disgusted with the service I have received from the SPCA in Springfield Park Durban. A few weeks ago a stray cat had shown up at my house which was extremely ill. Tuesday morning the car would not start. I tried everything and had to call Renault Assist for the second time in just over 2 months. Boksburg Branch did not call me at all on the Tuesday and when I called them on the Wednesday they said that they are too busy to have a look at my car and that they have to take care of their “customers” first. I booked a ticket on Egypt Air online for my father to fly from JHB to Paris. I received a flight confirmation from Egypt Air JHB office stating that the reservation is CONFIRMED. I would like to report my disattisfaction with regard to Paving on my property by Hennops Brick and Pave CC . After numerous complaints to the contractor (Hennops Brick and Pave CC) and a visit from Zenzele Bricks (Pty) Ltd, the supplier of the bricks to the paving contractor. A Telkom cable got cut by a tractor lawnmower at around 11am today 26 November 2010 and all three our lines went down. In the neighbourhood there were lots of people standing around the site where the cable had been damaged and a telkom technican was also there - he drove past when it happened and stopped to see what was going on. Vodafone USB stick Model K4505Z HSPA+ which was purchased by us on 20 October 2010. It is now 26 November and we have been back to the Vodashop, Hout Bay 9 times to tell them that there must be something wrong with the USB. It overheats and bombs out of the internet at least 9 x in 4 hours. Tried to Skype and it bombed out immediately.
