In 2007, my mother was declared incompetent by the court due to her having dementia. I brought a purse into this cleaners to have DRY Cleaned and they washed it and ruined it. The purse was still damp when I went to pick it up and they denied any wrong doing and refused to compromise with me so I filed a small claims case and in their response they defamed me, calling me a liar, saying I looked "suspicious" and they lied in their response.
