We had purchased a home that had used Meyer & Depew for their heating and cooling service needs so we decided to go with them too. We had them install a central AC unit that they recommended, Carrier. They had installed a 2nd Carrier unit a few years earlier for the previous owner. After informing us that they already shipped the goods out, they suddenly went MIA. Never reply to emails anymore, offline in msn and not picking up calls. The lead time they gave was 3 days, however it has been almost 2 weeks and the goods have not arrived. My wife signed up for the 'free' tooth whitener. When I saw the shipping charge, I called to cancel and was told they would send us instructions to return the sample. We never got instructions, so I took the unopened package to the post office and marked it 'return to sender'. AusFis Company is SCAM. I am one of thier victims. They told me all I have to pay is $240 and all I need is a little bit of English and a degree.
