I ordered trainers and paid extra for next day delivery. They charged my card straight away. The trainers did not turn up the next day or the next. They do not answer their phones - you get either an answer machine or an overflow service. I have now left 3 messages which they have not responded to. Site owner is a dominating jerk, the site isn't so much moderated as policed, users are treated badly by mods. User community is tight-knit and pretty much has to stay in line - the attitude is if you don't like it, leave. Some good authors there, some pretty bad authors there. I too, ordered the trial sample for $1.98 and am being sent monthly orders that I have not authorized. They are charging $56.00 for a small tube that does not even work. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company and see what they do, but will not pay for something that I did not order. Terrible Terrible! It really amazes me how the Y runs things. All they care about is saving money, but when you have 85 children per program and several schools you are responsible for you really need more than 2 subs on call. I am writing to file a complain against Ocean Pebbles Apartments for keeping part of my deposit without reason or previous notice. I wish i had read all this before losing all my money. I lost about a $1000 and the site is saying that I won about $9000, since they don't count any games you lose. So everytime you win a game it is a win even though you don't actually win because you keep playing other games and losing.
