Management is very, very poor. We have been lied to by management since moving here 1 year ago. They do not advertise, nor do they tell you until after you have paid your deposit and rent and moving in that water, trash and sewage is NOT included in the rent, which the tenant has to pay every month, i.e some apartments have washers and dryers, and pay the same amount per month as people who do not have washers and dryers. Anybody can sell on this site just like on ebay. several problems, the individuals auctions have reserves and you might spend 50.00 trying to win a 150.00 item, you win the item and go to check out and see the reserve price is same as retail price. but not to worry, you dont lose they say. if you do not want to pay the reserve price which is retail overinflated, your lost bid money goes as credit to the 2nd chance mall where again you get to choose from crappy merchandise you can buy anywhere much cheaper. I purchased 2 tshirts online on 2-9-11, website FAQ says they ship out next day. Nothing happened, contacted them multiple times via email, nothing. The money came out of my account, no tshirt, the number associated on my cc statement is 774-275-9070, no one answers, just leave a message, they will not call you back. I received a call from a company about getting a loan. The interest rate they quoted was too high. When they asked what the loan was for and I told them consolidation of old debts they forwarded me on to DEBTLINE. I ordered a pair of specs and thought the service was fine. Specs arrived and were as ordered. Then the problems started. Because of the good service I ordered a second pair and guess what, they haven't arrived, won't answer their phone or any emails I have sent them. Chose this company for our loft insulation as they had telephoned several times offering their services. They asked if they could come on morning of Mon 7th Feb. I was contacted on the telephone by We Fight Any Claim saying that because I had a mortgage I had been paying Payment Protection Insurance for the life of the mortgage. WFAC informed me that they could claim this money back from my lenders (Yorkshire Building Society) and that this could take as little as 28 days. I was then asked for my credit card details and they charged £2, 765.55 and £691.39 to my account. I did not know that I had a complaint against the building society. As expressed on website BV fraudulently took a membership fee plus a bond compromised from £3000 to £1500 for guaranteed work which never came to fruition over 9 months and during which I incurred a further £250. I went online and purchased a product from this company and they sent me the wrong product. It took a while to get it and it was not the product I ordered. I worked for Mr.Versaci as a telemarketer; using my home phone and cellular phone. Mr.Versaci agreed to pay me a set amount of money for my services, but he never did. I recently discovered that Mr.Versaci is operating an illegitimate business (Global Chimney Sweeps), which nis not insured nor registered legally. While telemarketing for Mr.Versaci, I recieved several complaints from previous customers whom told me that Mr.Versaci never did the work that he was paid for, or that he simply ripped them off. I searched Google and discovered it was a scam. I have made a claim to Visa and they are looking into it. I received only one dress.
