Rick Woodson Honda in Roanoke Va charged me for repairs they naver made to a car I once had ('84 Accord which I had in the mid 1990s). They were supposed to have replaced both the head gasket and the timing belt. The car ran okay for about a year. What a floating pile of (&@#!!! This was the worse cruise we have ever been on. The staff and crew are rude (with the exception of our cabin stewards because they wanted their tip). I had a letter delivery that had to be delivered within 24 hours to my son, a US Marine, stationed in CA. It was TIME SENSITIVE. Don't work for Languagline interpreting service and don't ask for their services. They do not hire certified interpreters and they do not provide necessary training. YOu are expected to know medical and legal terminology overnight. YOu get bullied non-stop and there is no potential for advancement. YOu get paid 11.00 an hour. Someone at this company is setting the system to call over and over bad numbers and the guy that is in charge of operations is behind it. I feel sorry for the workers who have to put up with calling bad numbers over and over and over and over.
