I requested technical support in setting up a new computer. The representative came to my home and was unable to trouble shoot some initial file transfers from an old computer. They erased my hard drive promising to return it to new condition and took my computer to their shop. Upon return the screen flashed intermittiently and much of the software that came pre installed was not installed. I call the number back and get the voice mail for "Medi Weight Loss Clinic". One time I got a person and asked to be removed from their list. This company promised me a vacation for Disneyland and Las Vegas in return of $200.00. They stated they made a mistake on my first attempt to go to Disney Land and made Reservations for 2 months later. We made reservations again and asked for more money. I had a transmission failure at 55k miles. United Car Care carries my extended warrentee. They did replace the transmission through my Toyota dealership but unstead of putting a rebuilt part in they replaced it with a used transmission. The tranny now works but has a clunk noise when placing it in park. They claim this ok and I say that it never did that before and I consider it an unsafe repair. I have call and written a letter to the dealership that sold me the warrentee and so far no responce. I would not recommend using UCC for any extended warrentee. read full review »

We bought a LG washer and after 2.5 months the door interlock has failed, when service was requested, the A1 rep trouble shoot over the phone.
