Jerry Ripley, owner and operator of the company "The Air Guy", does air compressor maintenance, installs, and related work. His work is substandard, using used parts in some cases. We had a washer & dryer damaged in our move. Our moving company hired this company to repair the damages to BOTH machines. The first call, they came right out to evaluate the damage. They arrived promptly at 8 am, when they promised only 8 to 12 on the schedule. The technician said he did not believe that the dryer needed any attention but he did NOT look at the bottom of the unit, where the damage was reported. Scammer's = Blackwell Construction Inc from Des Moines, Iowa hired us to do a Iowa Department of Transportation tree clearing project. Once the job was completed, they got paided from the IDOT and neglected to pay us. We have $10, 000 out in payroll, fuel, and equipement rental and now this! As a gift, my aunt prepaid $100 for a 4 hour deep clean of my home. Angel Bossi came the week of December 14, 2010 stayed for one hour. I have noticed my business number appearing on number investigator listed as an annoying caller this is on there website. I have tried to contact them numerous of times to find out if the complaint can be removed from there website. The information given says they will return your call if you email them or leave a message on the phone number given. I have done both and have not received any call back from this company. On 10/4/10 the sweater was ordered from the company via eBay. The sweater size 2X was sent to me but their 2X didn't fit so it was returned to them per their instructions and a size 3X was requested.
