This company engages in very bad business practices. Management waits to tell you that your rent will be raised over 25% until the day you have to give notice if you want to move out. So, they expect fair notice from you, but don't reciprocate. The office staff is completely incompetent, there is dog poop all over the property, and there isn't nearly enough parking. I have had Charter Communications for approximately two years. The picture quality for the HD is terrible, purple, pink and blue lines runs through the picture, or sometimes the picture just breaks completely up. Numerous call to the Get Charter phone number produced several credits which doesn't show as a credit on the bill, you can imagine what that mean (Get F----d). The service techs are not very good. I recently purchased a beginner metal clay kit from Fire Mountain Gems. After only 4-5 uses, the butane torch that came with the kit will not work correctly. In order to turn it off, I now have to use a screwdriver to pry up the off button. This tends to be a little scary while holding a lit 1400 degree or so torch.
