I ordered a jersey and two hats from pickjerseys.com. The jersey looked nice even though it's nowhere close to comparision of what you would buy in stores. Not great but doable. The hats on the other hand looked like complete garbage and reebok ripoff replicas. I ordered 2 pill containers from this site. They were flimsy and some of the lids would not stay closed when pills were inside. I returned them after calling to describe the problem. I was told I would have the price of the product refunded as well as the postage because the product was faulty. This is the worst business out there. On November 1 2009, I placed an order online and to this day, I still have not received the products. The website said that they will ship the products out 2-3 business days. I waited for about 2 weeks before I sent them emails requesting about the shipment, their response was that it would take about 14 days because I live in Canada. Ordered a vanity Mar 3, 2010. Received a non-detailed confirmation. 10 days went by, no communication. I called them 3 times with no answer and emailed them twice for a tracking number. After searching for complaints I could not find any so went ahead and ordered. It took three weeks to get and order confirmation and then other week to get and out of stock notice. I was offered a 6% discount to order again so this checked the availability on a different item and it showed as +300 in stock. 1 week later I received another out of stock email saying they would refund my money but as yet nothing has gone into my account. While it shows great shoes, I ordered a pair and the order was confirmed on May 25. The site promised 2 days plus 5-7 days of shipping. So it would seem that I'd have the shoes in 9-10 days. I purchased some items for a friend's birthday and wrapped the gift not noticing the tear inside the lining of the material. I returned to the store 2 days later after my friend discovered the tear and asked for the owner. The lady's name was helena and she was very rude and abrupt.
