WGES offers 1 or 2 year contracts - but lock customers in through automatic renewals with high fees to exit the service. I opted for one year, monitored the service and did not save money so decided to exit. I hired Matt Tighe from Tighe's Earth Moving a few years ago to help make a 4 acre piece of land suitable for a septic system. He assured us and verbally guaranteed that upon hiring him, we would be able to import soil so that the area would eventually pass a perk test. We lived at the Brighton Place Apartments for more than a year, paying everything on time. Our apartment was broken into and we were robbed of almost $5000 worth of electronics and other things. There was no sign of forced entry. Therefore, it was most likely done by their own maintenance or someone in their office, seeing that they had access to keys. They didn't care. Called them and discovered I had signed up for a membership because I didn't decline something within their 7-day period and that my membership started in December and because I bought a DVD that wasn't released until January, I also had to pay for January membership. Young man says he is neighbor trying to raise money for a soccer tournament out of state. He says "the subscription goes to those serving in the military in the hospitals in Bagdad". Gives me a receipt and says it is tax deductible. My fault that I did not read the receipt right then and there, because it does state on the receipt it is a profit organization. I just noticed two strange looking charges made to my checking account and called my bank to report them. The charges appear as WFC PBP CP WEB PMT. The charges are one for $50.00 and one for $57.00 and were made on January 5 and January 19, 2011 respectively. When I contacted my bank, I was told that they could't verify the companies that submitted these charges but that they were going to put a hold on any future charges on both companies. I have ordered from Athleta on line for awhile, but I recently tried to return and exchange some items that weren't true to size. They don't provide you with a return shipping label or an exchange form. Instead, you call customer service, do a search on their website for keyword "return label", print it out. My family and I decided to eat at Ryan's. I have recently had surgery that limits my amount of food intake to a MAXIMUM of 4oz. I am still unable to eat even that much ! Middle Eastern man left a message on my answering machine saying they had my social security number and were investigating my bank account # over a debt. I googled the number and company name and saw all kinds of complaints that it was a scam. Called the number back and asked for the company name. The man said he didn't have to give me the name of the company if I had the wrong number, that I called him, and asked for my name (which I obviously didn't give) before he hung up on me. I ordered an engine through Engine & Transmission World back in October for my 2001 Cadillac DeVille. The engine they advertised online came with a Carfax report and only had 37k miles on it.
