Sad to say that the administrator of this site is rude to the members and has been known to use insulting remarks to the users. My daughter experienced this. Not only did I getting scammed from a bogus website that looks like Ugg of Australia, and after weeks of trying to get an address to return the bogus boots to this company(?), I now find out it will cost me $177.00 to ship back these same boots, that came from China and that cost me $105.00 initially. I was advised by UPS that this is happening all the time to consumers that buy sneakers and boots from fraudulent websites. Especially if the merchandise comes from China, because it is so expensive to ship back. I initially got this via a spam email (i should have know at this point) but the prices seemed too good to be true. I ordered a product (at this point i was still skeptical) as i had to pay via a weston union payment to China. They were extremely professional about the service, until they collected the money from a weston union agent. They gave a fake delivery tracking number, mentioned the product had been stuck with customs and i had to pay them 200USD to release it. The charge appeared on my AMEX statement so I called ScienceLabs.com and was told the item wouldn't be shipped till August.
