I made a puchase from this company after referrals by Google Shopping. Calling this company only gets you through to an answering service playing Michael Jackson songs. You never get to speak to anyone. I have sent numerous emails and have never received a response. They were very quick to take my money and alarm bells rang when days of tracing the company led to 3 other contact and email addresses for their business. These are Cutprice Fashion Retail Group; cutprice-camera-hifi-lcd.com; http://www.perfumania-online.co.uk. You are provided... read full review »

Buyer Beware... Website was difficult to navigate through, so customer service a man named "Jeff" was called to assist in the navigation. Jeff was told that a quickbooks compatible check, with check on top and 2 vouchers was desired. He said click on "3 on a page" and to fax a check for bank verification etc. On line order form was completed with multiple notes where possible asking that the sample was checked.
A Few days later checks came... instead of a top check with 2 ledgers below it, came a single page with 3 check... read full review »

The ones that have been contacted are contacting their lawyers and advised us to do the same...on the bio-medical page it says you have entered a restricted page..and shows a box to enter a secret code...well it is just a blue page with text on it the code box is just a blank box with no way to enter any code... overall the site is just a bunch of clipart that looks like a tween built... dont fall for this guys line beware read full review »

This site is suppose to be a site where children can talk about their webkinz hobby. Sad to say that the administrator of this site is rude to the members and has been known to use insulting remarks to the users. My daughter experienced this. I would not recommend this site because of the rude way in which the administrator treats its members. There are plenty of other sites of this type that children can truly enjoy and feel like they are valued members. read full review »

Not only did I getting scammed from a bogus website that looks like Ugg of Australia, and after weeks of trying to get an address to return the bogus boots to this company(?), I now find out it will cost me $177.00 to ship back these same boots, that came from China and that cost me $105.00 initially. I was advised by UPS that this is happening all the time to consumers that buy sneakers and boots from fraudulent websites. Especially if the merchandise comes from China, because it is so expensive to ship back. What I want to know is how were they shipped to me--I'm sure the China connection didn't spend $177.00 to ship them to me! read full review »

I initially got this via a spam email (i should have know at this point) but the prices seemed too good to be true. I ordered a product (at this point i was still skeptical) as i had to pay via a weston union payment to China. They were extremely professional about the service, until they collected the money from a weston union agent. They gave a fake delivery tracking number, mentioned the product had been stuck with customs and i had to pay them 200USD to release it. The funny thing is, it all seemed to good to be true and i dont want anyone else to fall in the same trap that i did! £150 down and being fobbed! Avoid like the plague! read full review »

The website should have indicated a delivery delay or sent me an explanation for non-delivery. ScienceLabs did neither. On August 4th I inquired a second time about delivery.
