The manager treats his employees like dirt. He also is rude and crude to customers. Very unfriendly. There are some excellent employees. Brent, the greeter, always has a smile for the customers and a friendly word. That makes a great difference in where we go to eat.. The food is great for fast food . The service is good . This company advertised a free sample of their product and would only charge for shipping. What I did not expect was to be charged 2 weeks later for the product. I was charged $78.98 plus shipping of $1.98 on my credit card. If I had been advised of this in their ad, I would never have made the purchase. On September the 27th, 2010 I was notified via e-mail that my account had been overdrawn. After some research on my part, I realized that someone was attempting to deposit a fraudulent check in to my checking account. I didn't have any funds at the time in my checking account, and I would have thought they would decline the transaction. Adjility Group breached our contract by not paying for services rendered and by not following the contract dispute rules. They contend the contract supports their position of nonpayment until they get paid by Aria but this has been debunked by two attorneys, one in California nad one in New Jersey. Adjility is over 90 days past due. The total amount due to TPG is approximately $15, 000 including fees of collection; Adjility owes $13K for actual services rendered. This company's production of DVDs is poor and they don't stand behind their products. I ordered the movie 'Viva Zapata' for my father's birthday in July. The DVD is missing the beginning and the ending of the movie! It begins in the middle of the first scene of the movie and ends without showing the actual ending of the movie. I've emailed them no less than 4 times asking where to send this DVD back for a refund. On October 24th I stopped and filled up my vehical with gas at location #201996 in Saraland AL. My receipt was $32.00. Today I just happened to check my account online and found they had debeted my account twice for $58. and $90. bucks! For $32 dollars worth of gas!
