I have called 4 times now and have talked with different people. Each person said they would cancel. I requested a disconnection of service because I moved made to Dynowatt aprox Sept 27, 2010. The company asked that I allow them to record the request, which I did, and was I given a confirmation number for the disconnection. On Oct 4, 2010, they sent me a warning letter, the one that says your electricity will be shut off if you dont pay your bill. Once finding an address for them, it took over a week to answer my email, using a storm in the area as an excuse. I went to Forest Hills hospital emergency room on 1/22/10 for an ear infection. The physician took my pulse and ask me a few questions about how I felt, then he prescribed me medicine which I purchased at a local pharmacy. The doors on the Ryco Car Wash at the Hess Gas Station at 39-04 Northern Blvd. closed on my very well cared for car, crushing the side of it, cracking a light, and scraping off the paint, when the timer said I still had 40 seconds left. I was trying to refinance my home to a lower rate. Wells Fargo already holds the mortgage. They hade an apprasial done. I was home when the apprasier arrived. She came in took a few photos asked me how much I was hoping the appraisal would be and left. The touch screen on my phone is not responding to the related icon. I purchased my phone on 12-18-2010. My At&t paper stated there's a one(1) year Manufacturers warranty. This website sells software that is questionable. The product that I bought from them had a serial number that did not work. They are located in China which the website does not show. Their 100 percent guarentee is not kept. After many attempts at trying to get a refund they make you pay the shipping both ways as they take off the shipping from the rufund and have you pay for sending it back to them...all the way to China. Fraudulant terms - Bracket r us claim to have a no problem return full guarantee within 30 days. We purchased and received our Plasma bracket at a good price and quite quickly. We noticed the bracket was the wrong size and on advice from their team we returned the product looking to recieve the correct size. Don't buy anything from this website. They are fraudsters. I ordered a pair of Ugg Boots, advertised as genuine, from them and now find they are fakes. The boots are different sizes and shapes, the left one has a hole in the fabric, the button holes arte too small so can't be buttoned up, etc..The company close their website every so often and reopen under other names so's not to be investigated.
