The last time I tried to add time to my phone they put my time onto the wrong phone number. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to fix that problem and had to talk to 4 different people because no one knew what they were doing. After having a small business credit card with Citi business for the past couple years, they have decided to close my $8, 000 credit limit. I have never been late. I owe less than 1/3 of the card. They told me it was due to delinquency. The problem I have is I did have a bankruptcy 4 years prior and am now trying to build my credit. They gave me this card knowing I had history of bankrupcy so why now are they trying to do serious damage to a small business woman's credit? I purchased a chromcraft solid wood table and four chairs ($1800) in December 2009. The table arrived and the color of the pedestal base was totally different from the table top as well as the chairs. This was also different from the wood sample. These are the worst possible laminate floors to buy. Within 6 months of professional installation in our home, they are already bubbling at the seems. Their warranty, which reads that they are under warranty for 25 years "under normal household conditions", is worthless, as they won't honor it. Postman plus was paid to fedex official court documents that were time stamped and sensitive. They did not give a fedex receipt or tracking numbers and then charged almost 80 dollars for a service they did not deliver on. When dissatisfaction was brought to their attention, they blamed fedex and told us to read the postman plus receipt which states "not responsible for deliveries not completed". What kind of "postman" does not give a guarantee on the services you pay them to do? This was the worst contracting job I have ever had done on my home. Panther Windows and Siding was supposed to install two storm doors for $1200. Unfortunately the doors that they installed was worth a little over $100 each. After speaking to them not only was I insulted, but they tossed out my original door and still kept $200 after the doors that they installed were removed. For the first time I used 1800HOTELS. Hilton in Wilmington NC had a bad phone number for contact and a bad credit card from them to pay for my stay. I phoned numerous times, being told that it was the hotels fault. The company would not let the hotel put through charge for my stay until the day I checked out.
