I own a Mercury Grand Marquis. CNN ran an article about rear end collisions (over 60mph) resulting in fires and ultimately deaths by fire. Ordered snow tires from Pepe to be installed. I drop the car off two weeks later at 7:30 in the morning. Five hours later I get a call and they tell me they cannot find the tires. My name is Debi and I never signed up for this service. And they have been charging my debit card $39.95 a month for over 3 months. I tried to contact them, I followed their online instructions and entered the # on my bank statement and that didn't work. So the only way to cancle is to log-in. You can't even get the phone # unless you log in. So I have had to change my bank account and have a new debit card issued. I was able to get there phone number from my bank. I ordered $2300 worth of flooring from Floormall two months ago. The product, when delivered, was destroyed in shipping and I refused the product. I immediately notified Floormall who told me the shipping damage was my problem.
