Hello - I'm not an AARP member but writing on behalf of my Mother, who is. Her and my Dad (who has passed away) have been members for 20 - 25 years. Good customer service during pickup and delivery but ABSOLUTELY NO flexibility with the rate. It felt as though the money would be coming directly out of Bob's payroll check if he did. I told him I was going to another supplier who deliver a 24' Flatbed truck for $1500 mo and unlimited mileage compared to his $2200 mo and .22 mile. Only offered a complimentary 10% discount on a 2nd truck but no reduction otherwise. Times are tight. This small business is lucky to still be around. I have only recently had this phone number and have countless collection calls for the previous owner of this phone number. Most are at least courteous and minimally AGREE to remove my number. However, today, I received over 10 phone calls from this number: 520-280-0288, Caller id's it only as: Casa Grande AZ. We have a top of the line SS Kitchenaid, side by side, cabinet depth refrigerator... actually, we have had two in less than three years. The first was delivered, brand new, out of the box with defects in three of the major sub assemblies. The thing didn't work at all. The retailer of course sent us to Kitchenaid customer service. I bought an AC UNIT from these guys. Their sales people were great. The AC broke with in the first two weeks. I called them, they used some shady guy to come over and check my AC. He left after a couple of minutes. I called them back (they never called me back) Patty said that the repair guy was waiting for the AC company to call him back. They never called me back. After the roofer was paid and left with promises to fix any problems, he would say that he would come back but he never showed up. The were 3 things the roofer did. 1. He contracted to install gutter guards and never completed the job. 2. He put different shades of shingles on the roof and hid that fact from us. 3. Atlanta carpet and air duct cleaners was paid to clean my air duct $349.00. The technician told me that I had two different kind of mold in my vent and that it would cost me $129.00 to get it out. He didn't clean my vent at all.I called them and told them that my vents wasn't clean he said that he would send someone back out and he did. Sensa offered a free product. But it was anything but free. We refused the package at the United States Post Office. It is not the policy of the U.S.P.O. to provide a receipt but they returned the package no questions asked. I have had nothing but the worst experience with Tmobile and Asurion. In March of 2010 I upgraded to a family plan to add my fiancee. He started a new job where he needed to know the roads so we decided to get him the Tmobile Tap which has a navigation system, we were excited he could have a nice phone plus has nav. for his new job. We have a 06 Honda Civic with the CVT transmission which we bought new. Have had the 30k, 60k and 90k CVT services done. A week after the 90k service we stop at a stop sign and the transmission goes out. We have owned 13 Honda's and have driven the wheels off, getting around 200k to 250k miles out of them. I never got my money back and was never again contacted by them once they got my money. I was told it would be sent back to me when the contract expired. Bank of the West, El Paso, claims it is a "community" bank. It has a parking lot adjacent to its downtown location. On a recent Thursday evening - after 5pm, when the bank was closed, I made the mistake of parking in an empty lot to attend a UTEP class in an nearby location. Service is very weak in the charting service they provide. The daily reports are at best wishy-washy with a lot of "could go this way or that...then they they take credit for thier great predictions. They make no mention of their ongoing stock selections and how they fit into their daily discourse. My biggest complaint is that they offer NO trial period...like most every other type service which allows a least a short test period to see if they deliver. Cascade with dawn leaves a white residue on utensils and colored kitchen tools and metal pots. It has left residue that can't be removed. I haven't shopped at a Best Buy store in almost three years. I stopped shopping at their stores when they lost a six week old laptop I took in for repairs under the purchased extended warranty. The lost laptop cost $1400.00. They would only replace it with a new laptop valued at $1000.00 because I had used the lost laptop for six weeks making it a used laptop. This company has very poor customer service Order Security paper in bundles of 250 (shrink wrapped). Recently opened two bundles and found the paper in the middle damaged. I called them and their response was that I was supposed to report it within (I think 15(?) or so, days of receipt). Natuzzi sold me a leather sofa with a 10 year warranty on the frame. It broke once and was repaired. It has broken in the same spot and now the "warranty is voided" because I moved. Natuzzi does business in both states I have lived in. The sofa has not been abused, I weigh 200 lbs and my wife weighs 10 pounds.
