In 2007 I purchased a D7460 HP printer. Before the warranty expired it stopped working. At the urging of HP technicians I purchased an extended warranty. They then sent a reconditioned HP D7460 printer. Two weeks ago, May 3, the ink pump stopped functioning. They have stopped manufacturing the D7460 and said they would send a reconditioned "upgrade" which turned out to be an HP8000. We are a military family that lived in Harbor Oaks for their usual 11 month contract. We did not have very many complaints while living there except that the apartments still have asbestos. However 6 MONTHS after we had moved out we received a call from a collections agency saying we did not pay move out fees for the apartments, which of course we had. The first set of windows they installed were wrong, they cut chunks of framing out to make them fit. Then they capped over the drain holes in the sill. Aftewr 2 or more years they finall came out and replaced the windows. When there was a problem they kept delaying anfd even tried to sell me outside siding saying that was why they leaked. I have had the unpleasant experience of having to rent medical equipment from Walgreens Home Care. They are the MOST incompetent provider OUT! I purchased a product made by Dolgencorp Inc. The product was a Large Angle Broom. As my partner was sweeping the patio, the broom broke into, hit her left knee, and caused for 8 staples to be placed in order to close her knee. The incident happened today 05/17/2010. They told me it would hold the value and it would be no problem to resell it if I needed or wanted to.
