Mr. Foley did work for us but after he finished the job we found out that he is an unlicensed contractor. Without going into all the details, the work he did was very poor and when asked him to fix the problems he had an arrogant attitude and was not willing to fix the problems. We finally had to contact the contractor's board and were told to file a criminal complaint. When the contractor's board inspector came to inspect his work, he told us it was not done properly and that we would need to have the work redone and to get 3 bids. Then they send you the free trial and in the small print it says you have 14 days to return the product or a $99.00 fee goes on your credit card. Then they send you more make up every month for additional charges. Citizen automobile finance took more out of my account than authorized by me due to late charges however the late charges were not my error but theres and now they say they can not refund the amount owed back to me.
