After reading a number of posts on this site I can see that generally a lot of people feel as I do about this company. While there are some positive posts, most them feel manufactured and fake as if those are not real people or opinions. There have recently been numerous occasions which I have found myself repeating a question to ChaCha and either a) not getting an answer at all, or b) getting a very incorrect answer. THIS IS SUCH BS!!! I bought tickets to the ST.PETE Grand Prix knowing even if it rained this is a race that races in the rain. They canceled the race...not even trying to dry the track. The sun came out and it stopped raining not even an hour after the race was supposed to start. Rather than pushing the race back the same day they just canceled it. Just unintentionally ordered a Nuwave Pro on line. I did not realize that I was actually ordering from the minute I gave my credit card information, which was the first thing requested. On March 23, 2010 Auto One Acceptance Corp which is now owned by Citi Financial deducted 100.00 out of our checking account. Yes we had a loan thru them, in 2000! The car had been traded in a number of years ago. Yet somehow they managed to remove money from our account (with no authorization from us to do so). I was taken in by this companies scam. The offer was for a 30 day free trial for $9.95 for these products, Acai Pure & Colon Cleanse. Aparently in the fine print the trial was for only 14 days 4or 5 of which were used up in the shipping. This company JACKS up their prices then puts them on sale to make you think you are getting a good deal. All three store are not run the same. Sales are not the same. We recently purchased a car from Butler Hyundai in Indiananpolis, Indiana. They were to pay off our existing loan with Ford Motor Credit, their check BOUNCED!!! Ford sent us a letter stating the payment was returned by the bank and that they in turn stopped payment on our refund check. The letter also stated that we neeeded to mail the title back to Ford. I woke up to extremely loud hammering and drilling above my head at 7:30 in the morning on April 1st, 2010. I waited a half hour until the leasing office opened and called asking them what the noise was and they had explained how the tenants above me had recently moved out and they were putting in a new floor that would take a total 0f 2-3 days maximum. Overstock Deals.com is a rip off. First when ordering they tell you "free shipping". Well when you order your product (kitchen faucet), and it's not what you thought, try returning it. First the say call for a return fax label, then when you call the number is not available to take messages and the return website is down. After muliple days of calling I finally get someone who states, there is a restocking fee of 15% and you must now pay shipping charges. I think the HAMP program is very misleading to the consumer, after applying for this program a year later I was informed that i don't qualify. The information that is now available on saxon mortgage's site concerning the NPV which determines if your income meets the criteria was not available a year ago and now that my income has decreased even more i no longer can qualify thisprogram . Actually this is not a complaint I just want you to know that I purchased the clean up anti virus for my job because the computer was ready to crash and it was during the early morning when I was the only one at work. I used my Credit Card and it is a one time only charge so when the Anti virus expires "DO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD, I REPEAT DO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD". E-Bayer seller - I was told that the classic car I bought was near 100 points mechanically. Not so. Leaks from tranny, front axel, valve covers, and oil pan. Broken wipers, & gas gauge. Pulled up to gas pump early in morning around 5:30 AM. Used my debit card at outside terminal to select pump. However, gas pump will not pump gas. Therefore, I hang up pump handle thinking this will cancell transaction. I also try to get a receipt to verify that transaction was closed. However, machine will not give me a receipt. I then move to a different pump which appears to be working fine, where I then pump about $22 dollars worth of fuel. This time I am able to get a receipt which I keep. They have been asking for an amount due when I tried to settle with them before the interest charges were added five years ago. They initially do all the things right untill you buy it. They lure you by giving very cheap rates for the initial month. But, actually after 2 - 3 calls you can never call from their service and automatically just by trying to call people overseas you will keep losing minutes and money wihtout even the call getting connected.
