Somehow this company captures credit/debit card numbers and charges a trial membership fee. Then they charge a recurrent monthly fee if you don't catch it on your statement and cancel in a matter of days. There are websites to cancel, if you can find them. Very tricky and dishonest. I have been trying to resolve an issue with Choosedirect over a hottub that I ordered in November 2009. I was originally told that the hot tub would arrive 8-11 weeks later meaning in February. In February, I sent an email asking when the tub would be shipped. I purchased the Healthmaster "blender" advertised by Montel Williams and after one month it began spitting out oil. Then this oil was getting into the container where you put the food. We bought a Sterns & Foster King Mattress "Villa Rose Euro" from the Macy's Furniture Store in Dublin, Ohio. We actually bought 3 mattresses that day 2 Queen and 1 King. I had no problem with this company until now, other than an excessively high interest rate. We did not realize that we got a Equity Line. We thought we had a fixed mortgage. I have been trying to get this converted to 15 yr term. They will not even consider for 3 yrs. Now the problems has started. My payment is due on the 14th. Our school received 5 of these printers along with an HP Server, switches and several other item. The P2015DN printer sat in a box till this summer when I installed it on our network. It printed around 10 jobs and now the formatter board goes out. Cost quote from HP $289.00. Cost of new P2015 DN printer $300. I have checked the web and it is repleat with others having the same problem. 1 school bought 10 and has 3 with this issue 1 month out of warranty...and on & on. I've been trying for weeks to get a prescription from Walgreens Mail Service Pharmacy . This service is being offered to members of AARP. To begin with they are very S-L-O-W. (We have also dealt with Prescription Solutions through our plan with AARP and their service is blindingly fast by comparison and we have never had issues with them in any way. The only reason we went with Walgreens for this prescription is because it is not covered under our Medicare plan and it was much less through Walgreens. I recently pulled my credit report and as I was reviewing it I came across a collection for 158.00. from national credit debt collector for a company called bmg music I called them and told them i have never ordered anything from this company. They told me it was from 1995!!! Are you serious they waited 15 years to put this on my credit they put it on in feb, 2010. I told them I never ordered any cd's. Wow, dealing with Anthopologie online is painful. The online order was split into 2 packages, and one of the packages never arrived. Anthropologie 's policy is that you have to wait 14 days of not receiving the package in order to file a claim. Except of course, in that 14 days, the item that was lost is no longer in stock. Since it's no longer in stock, they might offer to have a store send it to you (after 2 calls). Home Depot Customer Service in Edgewood, MD and installed my windows and patio door. The contractor did the best job he could within limitations.
