This complaint has yet to be resolved. Church Chairs refuses to refund 100% of our money, even though the order has been in since Nov.6, 2009. Needed A latch assembly for my trunk on my Electra Glide Classic. I was there 3 seperate times before I recieved the correct parts. My roof leaked a couple of weeks after Home Doctors Atlanta replaced the roof on my house. The gutter around the house was also damaged by his inexperienced crew. We purchased a total of 9 Monitors, only 7 were used, the two left over were never opened, and we returned them exactly the same way that they came to use, no different. My mother has NEVER had a Bank One Credit Card. The Company refused to give her a print out. When she asked to talk to the supervisor she was told, "No you can talk to me I am not putting on a supervisor." I ordered one of the hand embroidered sweaters. Although it took 2 months to receive it, I did receive a postcard telling me it waa back ordered and when it would be shipped. The problem is with the quality. By time I had the sweater on for 1/2 day, 5 stitches of the embroidery had come undone. Do Not deal with American General Financial Services. I had an emergency and was, for a short period of time, off of work and fell behind in my payments on a small loan with this company. I adopted a puppy who had a 24-hour PW microchip implanted at the breeder's veterinary office. I registered the dog's chip upon adoption, paid the fee, put the tag on her collar, and thought no more about it. UNTIL...I had to change my phone number. Several years ago (February 2008) my husband and I purchased a pre-paid package to get an original oil painting of our dog from Everly Originals at the Super Pet Expo at the Edison, NJ convention center.
