I was told my flight was at 12:50am on the 10 of June. I arrived at the airport on the 10 and told me my flight was the night before, 12:50am so I had to be there by the 9 of June. They were rude and also three other families thought the same thing. The ticket agent should of said, remember your flight is 12:50 am so be here the night before by three hours and none of us would of missed the flights. the budget rental truck broke down during transit of an expedited shipment from Ny to TN. the road side service stated he would be there in 45 minutes and it ended up taken him 5 hours to get out there. Need less to say the shipment was late and the company deducted 800.oo dollars from the shipment and the truck was keep out two additional days for this. The inground pool located 50' from my door was under demolition preparing for rebuild. Besides the noise of commercial air compressors and jackhammers starting at 7:00 in the morning the contractor made it unsafe for travel between our door and the street. Compressors feeding 100 psi of air into two 1" frayed and damaged airlines running 7 jackhammers were strechted from the parking garage, past my door, down the steps, to the main entrance and across. Before I left, damaged lines resulted in one breakage. Additionally none of the iron couplers had any safety clips that they were designed with. August 20, 2009 we signed an agreement to have vinyl siding installed on our home. One got damaged about a year later and we filed a claim, they did not have the phone but told us they would send a comparable one. I started a very small online retail store a month ago (May 2010) and told Bank of America that I was looking to experiment with different vendors just to see how businesses operate and how to do normal operations. This company continuously mailed books to our home. Each package was unopened and immediately returned to sender. At times, even our mail carrier asked us if we wanted the package left and he returned it directly to the post office. We were sent invoices for these books. We called Heritage Family Library, explained we did not want the books, asked them to discontinue sending them and also explained that each shipment we received was returned unopened. My mother in law took her chevy blazer into trutech automotive in debary florida back in may to have the flywheel changed, they cracked the oil pan, put JB Weld on to cover it up and then they did not even tighten the bolts up when they were done. Had to take it to a real shop to have it done the right way. It started leaking oil when the JB Weld broke thank God the tech this time knew what had happened and how to properly fix it.. We booked two rooms for us (retired couple) and a room for my elderly sister. We were seperated by another room.At 1 am 4 men arrived in the room between and started fighting and swearing loudly for two hours. Then started again at 6 am. We went down to the desk in the AM to complain and didn't want to spend another night and they agreed to a refund. However, they refused to give us the refund. Bad Business Practices. I purchased a used Volkswagen EOS Convertible from Mike Haggerty Volkswagen in Chicago. The car had 24, 000 miles on it. Since I purchased it, I have had to return to the dealership 6 times within 3 months for repairs. Most of the problems I believe have been caused by a faulty electrical system however Volkswagen will not look into it. I hired Ben Rinker to install and repair outdoor lighting at my business in Mount Cobb. We have repeated have had to call him to come back out to fix the lights which are always malfunctioning. I was quoted $150 for Labor and $67 for the Service call. When they got there, I showed them where the leak was on the outside unit. They stated they would have to fill it with Refridgerant R22 once they were done repairing the leak. I understood and knew that would be required. He filled 6.8lbs into my unit and charged me $87.50 per lb plus $25 for material. I'm not sure what the material was. The going rate of refridgerant R22 is $15-$25 per lb.
