I recently had my cell phone number changed and since the first day of new service with my carrier, I have been receiving 2-5 harassing phone calls a day from BAC Debt Collector (Bank of America Corporation Debt Collector). Beware of this company. Do yourself a BIG favor and check all the complaint on the internet. My personal experience was horrible. I paid $1000 for a guaranteed delivery. When they did NOT deliver on the scheduled date they said, Sorry -- read the fine print. According to the contract (that I did not receive until after I paid the $1000) states that I'm only entitled to $30 if they fail to make deliver as scheduled. It was bad enough that they missed the scheduled delivery, but they also somehow managed to lose the boxes containing our most expensive items.
