I was a client of Merchant services and i payment who use wells fargo bank. I was supposed to have a max of $9000 a month in processing and an average ticket of $1500.00. The service we received at Ninos in Kenilworth Centre was SHOCKING! The food arrived 45 minutes after we had ordered. Each order was cold, and my chips were under cooked. The company, FedLoan Services, took over my daughter's college loan from the previous company. The company is difficult to contact through customer service and their web site never works. When I finally connected with customer service, they told me I cannot access their web site from a Mac computer. How is that possible? "The Storage Center "located on Red Bud Lane in Round Rock Texas where I rented a unit, paid in full, and have my personal property stored, is being denied entry by the store manager unless I pay $150 for allegedly leaving trash in front of the unit, which I deny to the fullest. Owners son came out to unclog our main sewer line. His diagnosis was that there were roots in our line & it may need to be replaced. My experience with this attorney was absolutely horrible! He spent no time preparing for my case. He showed up to my hearing and asked me what the issue was 10 minutes prior to the hearing! He tried to take notes, but 10 minutes was not enough time to grasp what the problem was and as a result, he had no idea of how to proceed and I lost my case.
