2 unauthorized charges on my netspend Account One on the 7th of April and one on the 9th of April. I am a retired teacher/counselor on a fixed income and need every penny of my pension. I do not know if this company is targeting senior citizens or not. I have no idea how they got my number and why Netspend even authorized it. Pulled in today 4-9-10 to get my truck washed as I have a membership card. I drove in listening to my ipod that was in my glove compartment connected to my stereo. I complained about their product, but more-so their service. They retaliated by posting my personal information, even my credit card number and expiration date online. Then they claim they did not do it. They had to provide very specific privileged information to someone if it was not them who posted it. Easter Sunday I sat down to have myself a nice large milkshake (Bryers Ice Cream). I was almost finished with my milkshake. As I went to down the last bit in my cup something other that ice cream went into my mouth. Travelodge La Mesa kicked out my wife and kids, insulted and abused them, and ruined their vacation. I signed up for time warners road runner internet package. At that time, they offerred a "free with rebate" wireless router. The router cost $50, what they neglect to mention in any of the literature, or when you sign up on the phone is that they do not handle any of the rebate information, it is all handled by a seperate company called offerwire.
