They post on their website a phone number and also live chat that never works and good luck on getting a phone call back. Went into the office with a cavity. The dentist drilled for a while and then said she couldn't fill the tooth it had to have a root canal. No choice sitting in the chair with a drilled out tooth. they don't put on crowns there, they use an "onlay" which looked awful. 4 visits and the cost was over $2, 000. I was moving from a large home to a smaller home, and had a personal library of around 1000 volumes. Valerie Jacobsen contacted me regarding possibly selling the books on consignment. I entered into a contract with her keeping the majority of the money. I hated to give up my books, but had no more room for them.
