They shipped a motorcysle engine to me via UPS in November 2009. It arrived damage and un-repairable. I filed an claim with UPS. They settled it within two days, so they say. Since the sender (UPS Store) put the insurance in their name instead of mine, they get the insurance payoff. I paid these clowns $4500 but realized after 2 brief sessions that this program was not for me and was no good. Of course, they refused to refund my money, as they claim you only have 10 days to opt out. When I talked to their president, he said I could pass the program on to relatives or friends, neither of which I wanted to do because I realized it was a scam. I ordered footwear from HoneyBumble.com on February 10th. The payment been made and appeared on my bills almost immediately after. It is March 23d, and I have not heard of goods. My numerous emails have been kicked back with automatic "thank you, we will reply you shortly" for a month by now, and on the website they promise to ship within 24 hours. Back in November of 2009, I ordered custom bed linens from this vendor (Montague and Capulet) at the Christmas Company in Orange County, CA (Montague and Capulet is based out of Los Angeles). I was told my order would arrive within 3 weeks. My check in the amount of $280 was cashed within 2 weeks of my order and I still have never received the bedding. I signed up for individual health insurance through the American Trade Association. Their medical claims are administered through Smart Data Solutions.
