I ordered a pair of clogs from this company and was charged and given an approx delivery date. 10 days later, nothing. I contacted them for a status update and was given a new shipment date. Days later nothing. I again contacted them and was given yet another shipment dated (the process at this time was more that 1 month old and counting). I cancelled my order and requested a refund. Never use performance hosting! This hosting service is a scam. They asked me to reduce the size of my account when I had not even used half of the space I paid for. They also claim to have thier own servers but actually are just using godaddy! They have one guy there named robert who is a complete moron! He couldnt operate a playstation never the less a server. They sell large accounts not really expecting you to use it and when you do you will have to deal with moving your site.
