I bought a rott puppy from LESLIE AYO at HEAVENS GATE KENNELS (SHOULD BE HELL). In her "contract' it stated that the pup had a health warranty. After I purchased the puppy she was diagnosed with an UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTION. We took her to the vet on the way home from purchasing this little girl. This company is the pits. They do not return the security deposit or inform the tenant of why they are keeping it within the 14 days required by law. Then they not only keep the deposit but also add more charges. When you try and query it they don't pick up the phone, return calls or reply to emails. When eventually you do speak to someone they have such an arrogant manner and their reply is to 'sue us but we are still taking you to collections for the $60 we think you should pay over and above keeping your security deposit'. I inquired about a Payday Loan that I did not complete because of the fees. A check was sent to my account in the amount of $19.95 and they refuse to give me a refund. They have cancelled my account, but stated that I authorized the charges, which I did not. They also continued to try to make me stay with them for a lesser amount. Went through drive thru ordered Medium Iced Cap. Immediately after I left it began to separate. I stirred it tasted it & it was a little sour and very strong on the coffee. I tried tasting it hoping it would taste different as I continued to stir and it continued to separate. Within 10 minutes it was totally separated and very dark.
