This property is mismanaged. The pools have not been cleaned for 2-3 months and the weather is warming up and the kids are swimming in it. yuck. This is a health code violation. There are Ants and Termites. There Idea of fixing it is spraying poisons and painting to cover is up. They have not replaced any of the fences and they are falling apart from rot and termites. Joined Direct Buy of Lancaster, PA in 2/2008. Payments made to Beta Finance were "misplaced" on several occasions and then payments appeared when threat of lawsuit was proposed. Monthly statements would not have all the appropriate payments listed. Balance on account was different on each statement. We recently purchased a tempurpedic mattress from Sleepys. The salesman told us we would not find a better price on our bed. The sign in the store stated "Will beat any competitors price by 20% or its free". I found the same bed for $400 less and now thier claim is that the company selling the bed is not an "authorized dealer" so therefore they do not have to honor the price guarentee. Discrimination of Handicapped Persons at the restaurant: 410 Bank Street Cape May, NJ. Manager refused to allow me to use the handicap ramp. I was forced to get out of wheelchair with oxygen tank or no service. I have leukemia and underwent a bone marrow transplant. Installed water filtering equipment but didn't give me any brochures or directions on the equipment.
