I placed a trial order for their acaiberyy product agreeing to pay for shipping and handling. I specifically asked if this was one of those deals where you had to call to cancel and was told no. I went to this clinic in hopes of earning the $50.00 advertised donation payment. I called Talecris and was told it would take 31/2 hours to donate. If you sign up for the 14 trial of Real Player Super Pass, they take your credit card information and you have to cancel the subscription to stop them from charging you a monthly fee. But when you try to cancel the subscription, you find out that you can only do so by calling a phone number. When you call that number, you go through a menu of options and then the call is disconnected. You cannot reach anyone. You cannot cancel the subscription. I have notified my credit card company, and have changed my account (a significant nuisance), and I will file a complaint with my state consumer protection office. read full review »

In February 2007, Mossy Toyota sold me a 2002 Ford Escort that had a noticeable vibration during the test drive. I have been promised a refund by each of these people, one rep actually lied on her notes (Cece) stating I had agreed to a partial refund. My wife and I stayed at Cambria Suites in Dania Beach Florida. When I state that we thought we were in a 3rd class country, I am not exaggerating.
