On Original order page: ecigconsumernews.com there was a free trial offer. Just pay S/H. No further mention of any fees, conditions etc. They then charged to my bank card $149.90. They do not answer any phone calls (mailbox full is what you get). After filing a claim at my bank they researched further and found a different web page and it does have information on hidden agenda of "Free Trial Offer". They also tried to contact them without any luck. It also states that there will be a monthly fee unless you call and cancel your membership. On March 9, 2010, my computer all of a sudden started recieving all these pop-ups saying that my computer was infected with spyware and viruses, then it started to shut down and said that it could possibly crash and that there was a worm attempting to steal my credit card information and i needed to install protection because mine had expired. I sent the faulty battery back to the company with ALL their required paperwork. They promise a turn around of 14 days yet it has been over a month and they will not return my phone calls, faxes, or emails. You can only leave voice mail as no one answers the phone. I spent 200.00 on the jacket as a christmas present for my husband thru Brookstone and the battery only worked for a few days. It is supposed to heat the jacket. Signed up for a 36 month interest free Chase ( circuit city ) card to make purchases on 9/7/2007. Made double payments in order to pay off debt before grace period was up. I made an agreement to pay off my debt in small amounts and did not authorize for them to draft out of my account. They drafted the full amount out of my account anyway. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with them and they told me it was an error on my part. I bought an alarm from Apex. They sold the contract to SAI and then castlerock. By the time I figured it out they said it was too late to cancel the contract and automatically renewed it for another entire year in addition to the origial 3. It has never worked. The ONLY THING I hate about UAI is you can't save on interest by paying extra payment every month. Interest is caculated in loan and it become one Balance. If you make extra payments every month, it only decrease the balance; but you don't save on interest. I am trying to get information on a problems with a Philips Plasma TV. The problem was caused by a power outage and not a Mfg defect. Please file whatever charges you need to stop these phishing expeditions. I have saved the messages I have received in August, October, December, and now March.
