When I called to confirm that it would be arriving as expected I was either put on hold, or hung up on. I was not able to talk to any representative. I made a payment on Dec. 23, 2009 with electronic check, at store. On Jan. 8, 2010 HSBC contacted me to see if I would bring payment up to date. On my Verizon Local Phone bill was a section with charges from "Other Providers" In the details the following company was listed: OAN Services, Inc. Ideal Savings Now LLC Voicemail Nationwide with charges of 14.95 plus tax (1.05) total charge = $16 I called the numbers listed on the bill to cancel the service and then stayed on the line (which was required) to request a refund of the charges. The attendent was courteous and promised to initiate a refund which would be credited to my Verizon Bill in "one to three billing cycles". The company continues to withdraw money from my account despite my verbal request to not receive any further shampoo. From what I can tell from reading all others, I think I'll cancel my bank account. The shampoo isn't worth it. I was sent a collection notice for settlement from Afni inc. for 50.00. The original debt was 470.00 from a account that was never in my name. I personally got a hold of charter and the debt was taken out of my name. The only reason I am writing this is due to the fact that they sent me the settlement offer after the fact. We just rented this place from Jan 20-26, 2010, and we feel their property description is misleading regarding several features. First, the master bedroom w/king does not have an energy efficient window and needs a bigger heater vent because the room temp remained slightly chilly even with thermostat set at 78! I had to go to afriend's house to do this...because there was noone to answer Afni's telephone calls. I called Verizon, Daly City, asking them if I still owed money..
