Autoquest was selling a 2007 Porsche Targa via Ebay. The AutoCheck report with the car showed no accidents. However, I purchased a CarFax for the car and it showed there had been an accident and airbag deployment in 2007 which AutoCheck did not report. I had been told by others to always do a CarFax because autocheck was incomplete. I contacted the car dealership and they said "oh, this isn't good". They seemed surprised but my belief is they could tell the cart had been repaired. We were several blocks away, the car was making a SCREECHING, metal horrible noise (all of the sudden), but we were able to nurse it to the station. I went to their office because they were offering a special on cleaning and xrays. I was told I needed a crown which I agreed to have done. Sam, the receptionist came in to tell me about a dental plan they had to offer but she did not tell me it was mandatory to enroll at that time since their office was giving me a discount on the crown. Now they are calling me saying I owe them $111 more for the dental plan even though the phamplet says this plan is voluntary. Although there is a statement online relating to future charges to be deducted from your bank account unless a call is made to an 877 number to cancel within 14 days you are not cancelld. I have no complaints of any dealer. My complaint is as follows: I own a 2007 chevy uplander and am dissappointed with the bowtie emblem on the front and back. Water gets between the plastic and metal part of the emblem and stains the emblem. I had the front replaced once and it has done it again, but this time the plastic part of the emblem fell off. I would like to complain about two things. First, I would like to complain about the Osburn Hybrid-35 Pellet Insert. We had an awful experience with this stove. It was too loud, we had a difficult time getting it to ignite, we had to clean it almost every day to get the stove to start, there was a warning code that kept shutting the stove off, and overall we hated the stove. The private security buisness listed above has in the past held employees certifications (ie. commission cards) so that the employee will not attempt to seek employment elsewhere. I personaly have not recieved my certifications cards for classes that i took three months ago (ie. pepper spray, handcuffing).
