This company has come through for me time and time again. Well worth the $37.95 a month payment. I had a fractional service completed on 7/21/09. I was burned by the service and it took over 4 months to clear. I complained to the doctor on 2 occasions. None the less, I paid for half of the proceedure before the date and owed the second half on the day of the service. Have had the reclining Ranger Loveseat for 1 year and 3 months. The reclinging mechanism for second time had broke. The papers that we read says that this part has a lifetime warranty. We did not have to pay to have the first one replaced but now we have to pay $20.00 for a new one because the second one did not last 6 months. Very poor customer service in dealing with completing job. Garage cabinets still need to have repairs after 7 months of waiting. Epoxy garage flooring failed to adhere after 2 weeks.
