My complaint deals diectly with The Sleep Number Bed Company. I have no fight with them when they claim it's the Best Bed on the market. I should know I am disabled because of my back. Go Daddy automatically debited my bank account for a domain renewal. I called them and told them I did not want to renew and they said that I didn't request a refund within 5 days so it was too late to get my money back. I don't want these domains and am very steamed! I had no idea that they would be renewing my domains automatically, but they said there was a "automatic renewal" default button on their webpage that authorized them to debit me. On December 4th 2009, I purchased an Onkyo home theater surround sound receiver from Video Only. I was undecided whether to buy the Panasonic or the Onkyo. The deciding factor was that the Onkyo came with a free iPod dock. Well, the iPod dock was out of stock but I was told that a new shipment was coming in before Christmas and that they would call me as soon as my iPod dock arrived. I bought a bedroom set for my son on July 2008. I bought the extra insurance (guardsman). In the beginning of February the railing of the bedroom set broke. My son had to put the matress on the floor so that he could sleep. I contacted Bobs in West Springfield, MA then Guardsman. The comunication between Bobs and Guardsman was horrible.
