Purchased a PC for $918 and it was defective on arrival an in review of the parts in the PC many peices were missing that were paid extra for 8 Gig RAM not sent (2 gig generic installed) Blue cath tube not purchased hard drive cooler not installed virus scanner not included In addition to the missing peices - it appears that mother board is bad and will not post to bios so can't even run diagnostic etc after 2 days. Traded up my sons ipod nano for an ipod touch at Best Buy in Loveland after having continual problems. Touch lasted less than a year. Took it to the store to exchange because it wasn't working. I was adviced by the cell phone store sell rep. to purchase this protection plan instead of the one with my cell company. He said this was the best and fadtest way to get a phone replaced if anything were to happen to my phone. On Saturday Febuary 6th we decided to buy a new work truck. We went down to CARL BURGER DODGE in La Mesa. We found one we liked a 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 4X4. It only had 31 miles on it. I had to go inside to order lunch while breakfast was still being serving. Place smelled like perfumed Indian [Native American] spunk! Food tasted the same or worse. I can still smell it at the end of the day and I've washed my clothes and taken a bath. I love my blinds from Steves Blinds and Wallpaper. I went to their showroom in Sterling Height, Michigan. hey have hundreds of blinds on display and seemed like hundred and hundreds of wallpaper books. Originally I got caught by a company called Profit Studio Learning when I thought I was looking at an informational CD for $1.95 or so. They charged my CC for $69.90 and I complained and wrote a letter. This was in July of 2009. I thought my cancellation and complaint were registered -- I did not figure I was going to get the $70.00 back. I have just now checked my CC account and this same scam keeps changing its name and has been deducting $28.73 a month since July of 2009. If you have Suburban Propane now for you LP Gas, "RUN, RUN, RUN" as fast as you can. We have had dealings with them in New York ever since they bought out a local dealer (32 years) and Florida ( for 3 years) and they are just the same in one state as the other. No one regulates them, no one cares that the consumer is at their mercy. He said he worked for "VISA/MASTERCARD" and that the company noticed that I was making timely payments and asked if I wanted lower rates. On February 12th I went thru the drive thru in Spencer at the Hardees. I took my meal home which was a Monster burger and curly fries and a dr. pepper medium sized. Well I ate my fries and had my burger left. When I was down to the last half of the burger I bit into it and my tooth broke!! The National Mortgage Fund is run by Donald Myers. Mr. Myers talks a good game, but his customer service and delivery on promises is slow and terribly scattered. I literally had to hunt him down to get updates from him on my refinancing and he takes forever to return voicemails and/or emails. It appears that the track that is to take away the condensate from the freezer compartment clogs or malfunctions. This spills water on to the floor of the freezer compartment which freezes and, eventually, spills out on to the floor and runs in to the kitchen. We saw the add in a paper that is delivered to our home every month. The coupon for vent/air duct cleaning starts with saying $39.95. This includes one return, one main duct and vents. The technician came out and counted the vents and said that there needs to be additional work. He NEVER gave a total or did an estimate before starting the work. Needless to say we started at around $40 ...final was told at the END of service is $3100. I called and complained to the owner and he took of $500 (which I did appreciate). Usually MyIadvance was reliable for taking out loans until they charged me a finance charge for a loan that was never deposited into my bank account. On the 1st of February I took out an advance and it was never received and the same week on the 3rd the finance charge was taken out. Watch out for AT and T scam sales people. I was told that my bill would be $107 for one year for phone, high speed internet, and 200 cable channels plus HD including the Tennis Channel. I asked them to locate my ex probably 15 years ago to collect support. They didn't lift a finger to locate. I did extensive research myself and found him. THEY then started taking his checks. I didn't cash what few checks they sent me and sent a letter explaining they did nothing for me and NOT to collect his check.
