I paid sticker for a Pius III plus a leather upgrade promised to be identical to or better than factory leather in every respect except without lumbar adjustment. We contacted Searshomepro to look to reface/replace our kitchen cabinetry in a small bungalow home. We were supposed to get a 60 - 90 minute consultation with an architectural drawing and estimate at the end. The field manager stayed in my home less than 30 minutes. The quote we received was ridiculously high ($13, 000 when 3 others have quoted it for about $5, 000) and the quote was an estimate written on his business card. I received a Sony Handycam from my children at the end of 2005. I haven't used it very often, maybe ten times and recently found that the display is blank.I saw on the internet that this was a manufacturing defect and Sony would replace it at no charge. I ordered 7 products from them. I find out a couple days after my order that 3 of the things aren't in stock. I asked for comparable items, but at the same cost the original items I ordered. Avoid this company at all risk. I paid for a full year of service. Thirty days latter they dropped me from their billing and removed my name. Had ordered a CD with a hard to find track needed for a presentation by a certain date, so included additional shipping charges for fast delivery. CD Universe sent the wrong CD and when I informed them of this and suggested they send the correct CD by Next Day Air so I would have it on time, they refused. This left me no choice but to demand a refund of the CD, express mail shipping charges, and the shipping charges for sending the incorrect CD back to them. Was treated for the first ten months...had pre peid for all of my trays and treatment in advance and one day I showed up for an appointment and the doors were closed and they were out of business.
