This company is selling illegal software through a website called Cheapest Legal Software. It is shipped and invoiced through Jay's Designs at Jay'sdesigns.net which is a graphic design company. Wondering who these people are? They had an email address that I have never seen before and were indicating that we ordered a voicemail service on the phone line that we already HAVE voicemail as part of our service bundle. this is the second instance of OAN billing me for services that were not ordered in any way shape or form, but the actual service providers were different. In April of 2009 I received material from Cheap Trips to Upgrade. After reviewing the material I called and said I it wasn't what I expected and returned the paperwork within 30 days. I was told I would receive a refund within 2 to 3 billing cycles (why so long?). After the 3 months elapsed and no refund, I called Cheap Trips. They said they would return the call. I ordered $250 worth of serving bowls for my mother at Christmas. The Bowl Company, http://www.thebowlcompany.com/ never delivered the product and would not refund my money. They are located in Brewster, NY but take online orders. When I called to try and solve the issue with them, they were rude and uncooperative. They promised to look into the issue and call me back. These morons sent me an ac adapter with a completely wrong output voltage. i plugged into my computer, and it started to smoke! i had to get the whole 'motherboard' replaced. then, they had the nerve to tell me it wasn't their fault, refused to pay to repair my computer, and made me pay to ship it back to get a refund. also, he said the refund would take 2 weeks from when they recieve it! worst experience i've ever had purchasing anything, ever. i reported them to the better business bureau. not only that, it took me 6 e-mails and 4 phone calls to get that bull**** information. read full review »

This is a very tricky accountant - Abraham Huang. Don't ever believe what he said. When he told you it's free consultation. It's absolutely NOT. He will ask his secretary to enter your information in their computer database. He then sell you from there. Even after you decide not to go with what they offer, they will hold your personal documents right away till you pay them for nothing. This is definitely not an honest place to go. This is the most CROOKED service I have ever seen. Not only was it NOT explained or even mentioned during the time of the rental but Bugdet claims they have nothing to do with it. The removable box in the car is just for show apparently and makes no difference whether its in the car or not. Through my one research I learned that you are charged the Toll plus $2.50 a day for the term of the rental or $10 a week. The catch is... We have been customers with DynDNS for at least 5 years. Recently, a rogue employee who managed our DNS and servers, changed the password to our DynDNS account and changed the account password. I had a very awkward and unusual experience with this agent. He was briefly nice at first when I requested information on a house that I thought he was the listing agent for. I hired The Grout Medic of Mckinney, TX to replace some loose tiles in my bathtub that were about to fall off due to water getting behind the tiles. I called The Grout Medic and spoke to the franchise owner, Allen Butz. He came out and told me that the bottom two rows needed to be replaced.
