Called and ordered Montels Health Master, sounded good, but the next day we looked on line and they charged us for 2 of them they were not the same price one had $30.00 warranties the other was $19.99 for the warranties which we didn't want the prices for the unit them selves were different 1 was $199, 96 the other was $159.00 one had $19.99 S&H the other had $29.98. I pay for a 7 meg internet connection and averaged a 1.5 meg for the last few months. Called a few weeks ago to report the issue, spent 30 minutes on the line waiting to talk to someone. I reported the issue and was called back a few days later and was told they upgraded some equipment and that I was good to go. My speed had increased BUT only for 3 days!! This website is terrible, make it easy on yourself and don’t deal with them. My order was placed on the 27th of December. My card was charged the next day so I assumed my package had shipped. No such luck. I emailed them to get a tracking number. I was assured that it had shipped on the 4th but no tracking number was available (even though I paid extra for UPS). PayChex, like ADP, is a very bad company. This company has disregard for their clients and for the law. They do not care that the W2s are not sent by the deadline and they double dip into your payroll account. If they ever need to re-fund your account, they say they will do it right them. I purchased a Rainbow Vacuum cleaner in 1996 with the promise of a free Lifetime Warranty. This is not true, there is no free lifetime warranty. You must pay for it. If your dealer goes out of business so does your Lifetime Warranty even if you have been paying for it. I received a parking ticket form the corrupt Los Angeles County Parking Bureau and asked for an admistrative review and lost and then I asked for an administrative hearing and lost. So I appealed the decision and went to court and the judge found in my favor. The administrative hearing officers name was George Harris he was a moron and incompetent. Very poor customer service. They talk over you while you are trying to talk to them. They do not go along with the customer. What happened to the customer is always right. They will not try to work with you. Would rather argue with you instead of just trying to give better cusomer service. We have only had this dishwasher since August and this is the second time it has gone out. The first time the tech ordered the wrong part. They don't even carry the parts. They have to have them delivered to the customers home. This company sells fake UGGS. I read on this website where others have had the same fate, and when you want to get a return address they give you this long reason why you shouldn't and that it would be more expensive to send them back due to "heavily snows" whatever that means and a bunch of other reaosns why and yet I can't get an address or phone number to send the fake UGGS back. I received 2 phone calls from them today. I have every phone number put on the Do Not Call Registry List. When I received the calls on my cell phone while I was at work, the man I was speaking to could barely speak any English. I didn't get to speak with anyone during the first phone call. After going to the website there isn't a customer service link on the website just complaints. I am very worried because I do not know if she had swallowed any. I tried to find a number of contact but there was none.
